After a disappointment over the original car I’d wanted to test drive, I was able to test another - and bought it on the spot! Callum took me through all the details needed to buy and arranged the part exchange on my old car with minimal issues. My partner purchased a new dacia from the dealer in Durham the service was brilliant, the staff were very friendly and attentive towards our needs. Buying a new car is not always straight forward but every time we have been to the Durham garage its been fantastic service. We were undecided on the colour but the staff took there time and were very patient thank you for putting us, we will be back for servicing and repairs, and in the future for second car. I recently purchased a Dacia from the Durham branch, I could not be happier with the service I received. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help with my needs. It was the first car I had purchased for over ten years so I was more than happy with the choice of makes and models available. At no point did I feel pressured. The whole thing from start to finish was smooth, very easy going. All of the staff very understanding and very helpful. Recently made a virtual car purchase from Evans Halshaw Durham branch. I was very reluctant at first if it was right for me. Very disappointing and stressful experience. I was given a choice of delivery dates. On choosing one I rescheduled some work commitments to be contacted on the day of delivery by Evans Halshaw to be told there were problems contacting the delivery company and there had been problems in the past with the same company. Beggars belief…….why use them. After numerous phone calls. Eventually the car arrived @ 3.10pm. The poor delivery guy was on a very tight schedule as he still had a delivery in Scotland. There wasn’t really a car handover. I dropped him off at the nearest station as I felt for the guy. That was the first time driving the car. The smell inside it was absolutely horrendous. Definite dog odour…..it was rancid. On complaining I was asked by the poor sales advisor ‘what could she do’. I’m 100 miles/ 3.5hr journey away from the branch. Had to keep in the garage with the windows down and boot open. The car is now full of air fresheners. Odour not for going anytime soon. Haven’t heard from the branch since. Will never purchase a car this way again. Certainly not from this company. 1*

Booked service and MOT. Courtney was very helpful explaining the options available. The collection/delivery service by Shaun was completed well. All communication by email , text and phone was was done clearly and efficiently. The final payment by email link worked well.

Jake was fantastic. New whip in 2 weeks. No smarm just great service.

Callum made the process very easy. He was very accessible and helpful.
