I went to Evans Halshaw with a definite idea of the car I wanted - automatic, small, but comfortable and reliable. The showroom was welcoming and the assistant who helped me, Iain Rothwell listened to my wishes and showed me several models. However I expressed particular interest in buying another Micra which I am familiar with and Iain was able to access cars for me to look at from other Evans Halshaw showrooms, on the computer. I made a choice and events moved quickly to secure a purchase. At no time did I feel pressured and a big Thank You to Iain for his service. I have no hesitation in recommending Evans Halshaw to friends and family

I dealt with Darren who was thoroughly professional throughout. He gave me all the facts about the car, sorted out any minor scuffs & chips, presented me with the optional insurance products but did not try to push for a sale and did not make any unachievable promises about when my used car would be ready. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Bought a 2019 car from dealership in Altrincham within 24 hours of driving car off forecourt it experienced serious engine failures despite having apparently been serviced and inspected before collection. Rejected the car and now waiting on a refund which is going to take 5 days. No urgency to try rectify and refund sooner. Highly unlikely I will receive refund at all as cannot provide evidence it has been submitted. No apology from company or offer of remedial work. Extra expenses also incurred by paying for trains, hire cars, insurance which I will claim through motoring ombudsman. Not what you expect when spending 20k on a car! Do not buy from these cowboys.
