Evans Halshaw - Ford Batley レビュー 

Purchased a Ford Focus with home delivery. Driver arrived without the spare key, promised it would be posted - it never arrived. I tried contacting sales rep about the missing key multiple times and did not hear anything back. When I finally contacted the main office to insist that I get a response they claimed the key was posted and refused to replace it. Since then: complete silence. I paid for a car with 2 keys and only received 1. Avoid this garage - zero accountability when things go wrong and won't make things right.

Cannot fault the sales team however after sales care shocking. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car which was supposed to have been sorted. Three months on and the problem remains. Batley's response take it to an Evans Halshaw garage nearer you. Following a diagnostic test there are a number of faults which should have been picked up in the pre sale service plus the ongoing problem. Still not fixed as no one from Bately Evans Halshaw has authorised the work and very difficult to get hold of. Very poor experience.

We bought a Ford Kuga from Mo at EH Batley this week. I’ve never had such a smooth experience especially considering we booked in the night before on a bank hol Monday and then turned up the next morning. Nice easy experience, great guy to deal with and no unnecessary sales pressures either. As we’d driven 160 miles up from the South, he arranged for the car to be delivered to the house so we didn’t have to travel again. Omar delivered the vehicle and kept us posted along the way. He was very friendly, professional and efficient on arrival! All in all we’re very happy. A first time EH customer and will definitely be back when the time comes!

Bought the car 17 of April it's been back to the dealership 5 times not offered a courtesy car 3 month warranty been in garage all together for 4weeks after sales is an absolute disgrace if I could give a minus review then I would buyer beware

Bought car at end of February they did a pre but service and new. tyres .Which I was charged for on checking they didn't change the tyres when though I was invoiced and after doing 1500 miles from the alleged service the oil was black sludge which I've had to pay to get changed again

Raja was super calm and made what could have been a stressful process really fun. I lurve my Mercedes Benz ! I think there's a song there. A good experience on a very rainy June day when the test drive challenged me to navigate the multiple dashboard buttons!

I was dealt with by Darwin. He let me have a good look at the car I was interested in, and then let me have a test drive. When I got back from the test drive he asked how I felt and I said I liked it. We then went to the office and sorted out the paperwork and the part-ex of my car. By this point we had built up a very good rapport, and worked through the papers/ emails bit by bit. Once that was through, I went to get some dinner while the car was getting valeted. When I got back he showed me a good overview of how to work the car, ( I'm not that used to auotomatics!).
All in all a very pleasing person gave me a excellent service, and in a good time, so I would thoroughly recommend this branch.

Bought a car from Evans Halshaw Batley yesterday. Sanel was brilliant right from our first phone call on Sunday up until even after the purchase of the Vauxhall Mokka yesterday.
He was always completely upfront and honest about things and nothing was too much trouble, even down to making sure a part in the car was replaced before collecting the vehicle. Unable to test drive on first visit due to waiting for a small issue to be rectified but again he was honest from the start and kept us informed for when the car would be ready to test drive and then purchase if I wanted to. Sanel was very professional throughout the process and explained everything clearly as a lot has changed since I last bought a car. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car with them.

From the initial telephone call to driving off in my new purchase two days later the service was brilliant.
The member of staff I dealt with was called Sanel. A truly lovely happy guy who worked hard to build a good rapport with me and my family but without being pushy or unpleasant.
