I have brought 52 new cars since I…
I have brought 52 new cars since I stated driving. I am now 72 so decided to buy a second hand car. To my mistake I choose the bury site, it was most of the very hard to speak to someone. The saleslady kept saying to me I am the main salesperson and I am always busy. The car was delivered with some paint damage which I was told it had been sorted. The salesperson said she checked it herself, but the damage is 5" long how can you miss that. Als o I am 98% positive on your write up, the car had sat nav, but it as not. I almost decided to send it straight back, but ofter talking to your sales person the manager agreed to pay me £100 and arranged the paint work to be done local to me.
As I have already stated that I am 72 and all the stress with this car problems and dealing with yourselves caused me to have a minor heart attack. I decided to discharge my self 36 hours later to sort this car out. Because of the stress it as caused me, I have decided to return the car. As I cannot drive the distance to your garage, I asked could it be picked up and that as been agreed but you are charging me £238. I was also asked to send a photo of the milage which I have done. But no one as come back to me. I also confirmed 2nd January would ok with me. I do not feel the treatment I have received as been very bad indeed. Also your sales person when the car came and I was thinking of sending it back she said I would have to wait 5 to 7 days and that came up several times in the conversation, she also said I would have to wait for the v5 to come back before any refund would be done and that is she arranged 2nd January hoping it will be back from dvla.
Very unhappy
I feel very sad at the way I have been treated, but my be that is your normal practice.
