Highly recommend asking for Will Whippe, when looking for your next used car purchase! Will was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the outset. Will listened to my budget/ideas and suggested multiple cars which fitted my criteria. He took considerable time going through options with me and we settled on a newer and better car, at a more competitive price, than i had found at any local garages (whilst still being within my original budget). Will made the process clear and stress-free for me. Overall, it was great having Will manage everything from start to end. Very happy customer in a lovely car - thank you very much Will!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Absolutely awful service received from EH.
Purchased a Mercedes in July from the Cardiff dealership. Having purchased the car by cash we realised it did not meet specifications that were advertised and that were agreed upon by the salesman on the day.
Satnav was advertised, but there was no SD card to use the Satnav. We were promised an SD card that would be sent via post but then was told the following day the salesman’s boss was refusing to send us one as it was not advertised (I have evidence of the advert). The phone microphone is also faulty so you can’t use the hands free - these were the two main features I was looking for in a car due to the mileage I do.
In addition to this, the parcel shelf was missing. We rang the salesman, he said he would get one ordered and send to us. A month later we are still waiting for this shelf.
Furthermore, I made an official complaint and did not receive any acknowledgment from the management team. I sent another complaint email 14 days later and we are still waiting to hear back.
For a company this size, this service is totally unacceptable!

Amazing wasn’t pressured to buy a car at all was sold a car by William who was fantastic 10/10 and very quick process .

Ask for Jules. He is absolutely amazing.. took time to go over everything with us. Really really nice guy..
There was no rush. No pressure. And he was happy to answer any and all questions we had..

Dealt with William Whippe. excellent customer service, felt very valued and went above and beyond.

Took my car to Evans Halshaw Cardiff for a service and MOT last Wednesday, brought up a huge list of things that were wrong with the car, including a hazard switch that meant my car would fail an MOT. It worked but just needed to be pushed not so gently.
Anyways, replacement part ordered was incorrect and it’s the ‘wires’ that were faulty. Over 1 week without a car, no response to my email, was promised a call yesterday to update me on when I would get the car back, still nothing!
Shambolic service from a dealership, never again will I be going there.
Who knows when I will get the car back, my MOT has expired and they won’t tell me how long the car will remain there. Getting to work has become inconvenient, not that EH cares!
