Evans Halshaw - Ford Coatbridge レビュー 

I booked my car in for a service on 4th july. No issues initially. Next day I had a call to say they had forgot to fit a new air filter and to just bring my car up the following week, no appointment necessary. I brought my car up imagining this would take all of 5-10 minutes to do. Left my car and went shopping. 2 hours later still no call to say car ready, as I was stuck without a car and don't live in Coatbridge I returned and asked for my car back. Receptionist was very helpful and said she would arrange for the part to be sent out so I could fit it myself. Was told it would be with me by this week ending 12th July. Part did not arrive. So I've now paid for a service where I didn't receive all of the parts and work I'd paid for, and had to bring my car twice. I used Evans Halshaws for my service every year but I think this will be the last. It's no one in particulars fault and your reception staff were friendly and helpful enough, just seems disorganised. Also makes me wonder why my service book was signed off despite the full service itinerary not being completed.

Since writing this review draft I've had to purchase an air filter at my own expense and fit it. Will never be using this garage again.

Never have I had such a unpleasant bunch of sales people start was all sweetness and light can’t do enough for you but these are only words I got a rust bucket seats held together with tie wraps or seized parts the middle seat doesn’t even go into a seat, torn carpet that was supposed to be fixed and valeted but certainly wasn’t a spare tire that was not even road worthy rusted seat mounts food stuff down the sides of the seats I rejected the car on day 1 they sold my car knowing I had rejected there’s 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on my car that they have 90percent got back according to nik Cammy is also so nice initially but believe me it doesn’t last after the car was rejected if you can get past the pit bull chewing wasps answering the phone but believe me you will not be forwarded to Ian branch manager the angry little man on the phone will give you the interrogation and you’ll not get any further than him this series of “unfortunate” sales fiascos has started 3 weeks ago we have no deposit or car returned I will get a bus pass if your considering using Evans- halshaw Coatbridge buses are al least road worthy and if you want more proof I’m more than happy to provide pictures and the recordings if I was you I’d look elsewhere this is nearly 3 weeks and still no further than the arrogant brat answering the phone I’ve also spoke to customer service but they put you back to the branch your complaints about a fish mongers not going to shout rotten fish are they

Just had a refund of £700 the deposit was £700 and my car £400 no phone call of what’s happened to my car now or apology its absolutely disgraceful for such an established company to treat costumers so badly
