terrible customer service, no one returns calls
Would have given no stars if it was an option.
Bought a ford transit, nothing but issues with the van since purchase, been back in multiple times to be seen but never sorted an issue, last time it went in they broke the bracket on a headlight and now refuse to get back to us regarding any of the issues. No one returns a phone call or does what they say they are going to do.
Have even just gone and waited to speak to someone and they still fob you off. will be reporting to the ombudsman if this continues

New Kuga on the Motability scheme
Well, what a wonderful experience. This was the most seamless, efficient, friendly process.
We have had a number of issues with other dealers when ordering our daughters Motability car in the past, but not this time.
Graeme Horner & his team were true to their word.
We would give him ten stars if we could.

Possibly the worst garage chain i have ever had to deal with, no one answers the phone, no one calls you back and van came back more broken than when it went.
my whole experience with Evans Halshaw from buying my van up to now has been terrible.

Not helpful!
Called the service department to discuss an issue with my vehicle after failing it’s MOT on the last day of the Ford Warranty, but even though it failed it’s MOT I was told they couldn’t carry out a diagnostic check until the 16th October and by then the Warranty would have expired so basically tough!
The agent wasn’t helpful and in my opinion rude, but at least another agent when I called Ford direct was helpful and showed empathy!

Brand new handed over in shocking…
Initial bad start as car came from factory in poor condition ended up rejecting car but dealer eventually worked with me and came to the correct resolution of a full refund no bad feelings with dealership just let doen by ford them selves

After a truly dreadful experience being…
After a truly dreadful experience being sold a car that was dangerous, I upgraded to a newer version spending another £9k to a £24k car. I did it for speed of execution, I really wish I had not now. I have a nearly new VW Golf where the spare key has tuned out - apparently this is normal these days if you don’t use your spare key often. Don’t spare keys stay in a draw until you need them - only had car 9 months and now I need to spend money to re-tune. Absolutely no empathy or support from Evans, told to go to VW who advised I should have been told at point of sale ! I was not notified at point of sale and it does seem strange as I have been driving for 25 years and keys used to always work. Things go wrong but it is how you fix them that matters, please be v careful making any purchases.
