Paid £99 to reserve a van which was at a good price and said it will take 2 weeks to get ready. 2 weeks later they put the price up by nearly 4K and said they’d refund me the £99. 3 weeks later I still can’t get my money back. Sent numerous emails, can’t get anyone with any authority to speak to me on the phone, just get passed back and forth. Tried their accounts department who pass you on to someone else who doesn’t answer the phone or they put the phone down on you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

I contacted Evans Halshaw, Bedford, as I had a complex problem with a Transit. I spoke to Lauren on the service desk and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was polite, knowledgeable, patient and spent a not inconsiderable amount of time explaining things to me so that I understood. She then took the time to speak to the mechanics and followed our conversation up with an email detailing the likely costs. Whilst it is unlikely that I will take the vehicle there as it is probably beyond economical repair, under different circumstances I wouldn't have hesitated. Lauren gave me the utmost confidence in the business. She was first class.

I recently brought a car from Ford Bedford and after a couple of weeks o realised it wasnt suitable for my children. I contacted Nathan and he helped me swap it for my new car. I absolutely love it! Im so happy! Nathan was so helpful and his customer service was outstanding! My boys loved being in there looking at all the cars and Nathan sat and spoke to them and answered all their questions. I cant rate ford enough! I am so so happy in my new car and Nathan did all the paperwork for me including the tax etc. Thank you so much! The car is amazing! We love it!!
