After going to a few different dealerships, he wasn’t too sure what car to purchase for my grandad but from the moment we walked into the Wolverhampton branch we were made to feel relaxed and respected.

You can tell that the branch manager has got it right, the staff all looked like they wanted to be there and eager to help. The receptionist handed us over to Aynsley Stephens, who was relaxed and not your old fashioned type of salesperson. He asked us if we wanted a drink sat me and my mom down to look through options.

We didn’t feel rushed in our decision at all after going through a number of cars for around 2 hours, checking all the MOT history’s to make sure that we were getting my grandad a reliable car, we made a decision. This car was located in Chesterfield and Aynsley had no problem at all arranging to go and fetch it for us to have a closer look.

We felt an ease from the moment we walked in, I just wish that more branches in the region was like this one, as mentioned above credit to the branch manager as she was just as welcoming.

I have brought many cars from this branch. Carl sold me my latest 2 cars and the service and support was amazing. Great experience and the whole branch goes above and beyond. Shane one of the managers also couldn’t do enough for me, the support is beyond anything.

As a parent whose Son decided to purchase his own vehicle Aynsley Stephens made me feel reassured that the options available were the correct ones to choose. There was no pressure, everything was explained from start to finish. A very pleasurable experience.

Great service. The team made the purchase process very easy and I am delighted with my new car. Exactly as I hoped it would be having only seen it online prior to purchase.

Bought a 13k car two weeks ago. The experience on the day was fine , Graham was a nice guy and I strongly believe we wasn’t aware of the issues that the car has, even though he promised some repairs and a missing piece from the boot which I will probably never get. Car was advertised with full service history which didn’t had. Also x inspection point and full service done by their garage. That is a lie, no filter or oil has been changed as confirmed by my garage, also front brake pads had to be replaced in so first 400£ on top added to my bill. Reverse camera is blurry and they promised I can fix it at another location closer to me, which they refused to do. Now needs replacing and will probably add another 500£ . Went to change the cambelt and water pump, yet another fault was found as the drive belt tension was completely blocked and I could only found the piece at dealership for 150£. Not happy at all as Evans Halshwaw won’t reply to my e-mails .

Liz was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. Was nice to have a female sales person in what is usually a male dominated field, and she was not pushy like many sales people. A pleasure to do business with.

Brought a used car and soon when I got home, the clutch on the car has gone and not able to drive it anymore. Kate, one of the managers, gone really the extra mile to sort out everything. Very friendly and excellent service from Kate and the team. The reason of 4 stars is because of the service team. Should check all cars before any sale, and also the communication with the service team through the repairs of my car was not great.

I have visited this dealership several times this year and dealt with Karl Bates each time.
Karl is very helpful, prompt and professional, would not hesitate to use again in the future. Highly recommended!

We came to see a car one evening just before they closed and one of the staff called aynsley stayed over just as we’d be a few minutes later than it closed! Went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable especially when the week before we had bought a car from somewhere else which was riddled in faults. Worried about looking elsewhere we had everything explained well, told us it would be ready within 2 days with all the little things we wanted changed/ touched up. The process was fast and felt the customer service was great! Lovely team and would come again for other cars for the family!

Looking around for a new car we decided on Evans Halshaw Wolverhampton they had the best selection at the price we wanted we were served by Liz Woolley who was pleasent and explained everything to us the car on completion was immaculate and everything on the checklist was ticked and completed won’t hesitate to recommend Evans Halshaw to anyone. As previously explained my car boot leaks and I currently have a small swimming pool in my boot! Having visited the garage 5 times so far the problem still isn't fixed and I'm just being fobbed off all the time.
