Staff friendly, efficient and professional but parking a total nightmare. Difficult to check your car in if you can't park. Tech staff let me use the MOT bay otherwise there was nowhere else to park.

Customer service/repair
Rang customer services and contacted Webchat to follow up repair that had been completed on my Audi a3 on 14/11/25.Prior to this my car had been in three seperate times as they could not carry out work until the Evans halshaw garage i purchased the car from had to give the go ahead for the repair which was never explaiend to me.I have contacted the garage where the repair has been carried out three seperate times to be told different excuses when I have requested for the documentation of the the repair carried out for my own records and because the car is till making same noises/cranking sound as before the repair.I don’t believe it has been done and this is why I’m being fobbed off for the repair information..absolute joke

Dont buy used cars from here
Dont buy used cars from here once they have ur money they dont care, waited a week for the car to be delivered came up with the keys not working so it goes back down to them and i had to wait another week and a half to get it back they never even bothered refeuling it before dropping it off or revaleting the car, they also sent the car up without an engine cover and an expired tyre repair kit when we called to complain they said theyd try to get it booked in with a local dealer for a valet been a week now and heard nothing since nor have i received a new tyre repair kit like they promised
