Staff friendly, efficient and professional but parking a total nightmare. Difficult to check your car in if you can't park. Tech staff let me use the MOT bay otherwise there was nowhere else to park.

Lack of quality check / preparation
I looked at the vehicle online and thought it looked great so paid a deposit then spoke to the sales team before purchasing the vehicle.
Having travelled excitedly to the garage we noted a few marks on the exterior of the vehicle which were cleaned by the sales executive. We picked up the vehicle and travelled home with minimal fuel in the vehicle when leaving the site.
On arriving home we noted that the interior of the vehicle was filthy with marks on the seats and headcloth, sticky surfaces and lack of vacuuming. The rear heater control was damaged with only one section of the direction lever present. Where were the quality control checks?
Overall, disappointing standard of preparation.

Hyundai warranty does not cover faults on their cars
Even though my hyundai tucson has a fault with petrol particulate filter,to have it put right at the garage is going to cost me £70 plus vat.the car is in warranty.have tried the method to do it myself as described in the updated bulliten.warranty seems pointless.

AVOID AVOID AVOID COMPANY!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous company. Terrible customer service. As soon as they have your money they don’t care!! I had a vehicle less than 4 months and ended up with a big fault. The company refused to repair the vehicle even though I had the extended warranty, the fault was not covered. Regardless the fault was present within a short time scale of purchase. I sent a complaint to the Gateshead branch aswell as head office, and neither of them have had the decency or professionalism to even respond. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
