Having previously bought a Hyundai it was easy stepping back to Hyundai Grimsby for a second time.
Justin was thorough in his handling of the whole process of exchanging our old car for new. We feel like we have been given a really great deal.

Staff were friendly, but due to unqualified staff couldn't do the recall, which was the main reason for the appointment, also we asked for them to check the whining noise coming from the car, claimed it was a stone in the disc but they didn't roadtest it to check that was the problem, car still makes a whining noise. They said they would get back to us about the recall but we have heard nothing

We had visited the showroom previously and spoke to Luke Fraray. He was very helpful and on returning he managed to locate a vehicle that perfectly suited our needs. The whole process was simple and Luke kept in touch and was always timely in reply in to emails and calls to answer any query. Great customer service and we will return in the future.

Stuart and Luke at the Grimsby Hyundai branch made returning my motability car so easy. It was stressful to organise returning the car as I initially got it aat a dealership further away from home but, unlike some other garages in the area, hyundai and their staff made it quick and easy and were so helpful.

Service and MOT were carried out fine. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately the map software update that was also due to be carried out wasn’t done, despite being on the work card and invoice.
Tried calling and phone rang for 5 minutes before I gave up. Now I will have to arrange to take my car in again, be inconvenienced by having to arrange a pick up and not have a car all day.
