Help and advice was perfect

Sophie was very professional to deal with and fully explained all I needed to know. I changed my mind about something and that didn't phase her. She understood and we continued with the purchase.

The staff I have had any dealings with at Evans Halshaw have always been very helpful and professional.

Receptionist was very efficient

In all my years I have never set foot in such a dreadful place. I called in simply to look at a used vehicle and, whilst one or two of the staff were perfectly pleasant, I was met by the most obnoxious and thoroughly rude manager I have ever had the misfortune to encounter .It began when he made some quite offensive remarks which I can only suppose he regarded as humour. As the young salesman attending to me was so kind and helpful, I chose to let it pass.
Once I had inspected the car I was interested in, I returned to the showroom and was immediately subjected to the most aggressive high-pressure selling I have ever witnessed by the same manager Brian. This used-car manager insisted I purchase the vehicle there and then thumping
his fist onto the desk shouting how his cars are the cheapest and I am stupid to think otherwise, he even had the audacity to tell me I should take their finance as I “looked as though I needed to keep the cash.” I have never been so insulted in my life.
When I made my feelings known, I was told I might as well leave. And so I did. I bought a car later that day elsewhere horrible person please avoid

We purchased a car from a Evans Halshaw Kia in Hull after having a rough time with a previous car. So the full experience was a welcome to an apprehensive customer Tony our sales rep was very professional friendly and was informative from the start so 100% service would highly recommend to my friends and family so keep up the good work one very satisfied customer

A total of 11 hours in showroom

Charged for four tyres at MOT, which had been told by a mechanic two weeks before were only going to be advisory.

Opted for cheapest tyres to be charged on arrival for the premium tyres. A lot of confusion then ensued whilst the staff established what I should be charged.

Lack of communication throughout the day on my cars status and when I could pick up, and then poor communication when handing me the car back.

Was told the car exterior had been cleaned as part of the MOT, and it was just at dirty on pick up as when I had left it.

Disappointing based on this being a main KIA dealer, work needed on communication.

Easy to arrange booking, work carried out satisfactory and car returned within agreed time.

Very long story , when buying the car I had issues that kia hull refused to deal with took 2 weeks of emails to sort out

Then had issue with car drifting to right had the alignment done twice at Halfords but did nothing

Update

The car is now veering to the left rather than right and kia hull do nothing

They say they will deal with issues internally what sort of answer is that to customers ?

Needless to say I'm left with a 23k paper weight on the drive so will you star what you will do so others can see , will you answer my calls or emails ? Will you give me my money back ?

Spoke to kia hull they said that will be a months wait but I couldn't drive car and they wouldn't give me courtesy car for any of that period so I phoned kia uk who said that isn't good enough by this point kia uk was speaking to them as they had stopped answering there phone

I then got told to take the car in as kia uk had spoken to kia hull wanna say about 10th August so I took it in and kia say why have you brought it in it won't be seen until the 26th so I said well someone here is lying to me to which service guy laughed and said it will only be the 26th now again no courtesy car so I took the car home and phon d kia uk again

After I complained via email to numerous people I then had emails off branch manager he then said he will get it booked in for the 18th to have it looked at so I took it on on the 18th the staff was rude at end of day I got a phone call stating there was a 160 pound bill I was like what about the hassle you've caused me but they wouldn't budge so that along with 60 in taxis to kia hull and to and from work I'm bout 300 pounds in the hole

The manager insisted o take it to them when I could of taken it somewhere else got it sorted sooner with better service

All you get back from these complaints os Evans halshaw stating thanks for feedback when reality is they don't want to speak with you pu deal with you

If I was you go further than kia hull for any warranty issues

My air conditioning was given a full bill of health despite it not working when I dropped off the car and me having left a comment explaining this. No explanation was given for this. My additional comments/ requests on the booking form were ignored and not mentioned.
The video of my car health check was very useful and staff were lovely.

Arrived to drop car off, Staff in office talking, waited for 5 or so mins before I was seen, Customer Service is not what it used to be

Met salesman Tony in the yard whilst we were browsing,Tony was not pushy,just said feel free to look at all cars get the key tag and he would sit with us.Got what we needed and he went through the finance deals and we bought a car hassle free true gentleman
