We needed a car as a matter of urgency…
We needed a car as a matter of urgency and Suf Choudrey managed to ensure we walked away with a car the very same day. I have dealt with sales agents before and felt very pressurised to have all the hidden extras but Suf left us in full control of our purchase, no hard selling at all. I had my dog with me also and it was poor weather Suf allowed him to come indoors to stray dry, hot drinks offered. Suf was very friendly and attended to all our needs throughout, he has fantastic people skills and very approachable. He made what I thought would be a very stressful experience very pleasent one. The whole process was person-centred like speaking to a close friend which I for own thought was excellent as it made me feel comfortable and less anxious. Nothing was too much for him, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the outcome we wanted, he deffinatly needs a promotion, I can't speak on behalf of the other sales agents in there but Suf was incredible. Thank you so much again for a stress free, quick and friendly service, 10 out of 10 for me! - Gina

Tommy Carlin helped my purchase run as smooth as possible. Had a bit of a problem initially paying for the Suzuki as my daily bank limit was set too low but Tommy helped me so I could complete the purchase today. All the staff we're friendly and kept me in ☕ until everything was sorted. Thanks guys.

purchase was done on line i was sent a personal video walk round the vehicle and it was presented very well by tommy he took me through the part exchange which i was satisfide with the price they gave me all on line paper work that was explained even topped the tank up and delivery was arrange so straight forward so my overall experience was very good tommy and thomas worked together to complete the sale both caring sales men regards to both cath and stu thankyou
