Avoid!
Avoid!! Happy to sell you a car but once 3, possibly 4 major faults are found to the engine and coolant system 3 months later they are not interested in repairing the issue. 2 Different impartial mechanics informed me that these are issues that would have been picked up on when the car was checked and are not things that just happen or wear and tare. Only able to get anywhere with them after activating my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 and even now I'm still in disputes with them to carry out their legal responsibilities.

Don’t take extended warranty
Purchased a car from this group which still had part of the warranty left on the car they sold me an extended 1 year warranty, which later I wanted to cancel was told I couldn’t after using internet to look up and being told I couldn’t cancel even though it didn’t come in for another 2 years I could only transfer to a new owner if I sold the car. This is their own warranty done by Evan’s Halshaw , not manufacturer or another company buyer beware avoid this at all costs. Absolutely a con in my view. Get one from somewhere else.

The best
Amazing, the customer service I received at the branch was unbelievable, I spoke to a lad called jimmy, he helped me massively and was so nice to me, also luke was nice asking if I needed a coffee, and when I neeeded to speak to billy the manager he came out to me straight away and dealt with it me with professionalism and honesty. Great place I wiill be back in 3 years!
