Had the pleasure to have Jack Marston once again to help us and guide us through buying our new car which went through very smoothly.He is very knowledgeable,also thanks to Evans Halshaw.

The staff are very friendly . Made us feel welcome and their professionalism is extraordinary.

I dealt with Tom whilst buying my new car, it was effortless and it was so easy to do. He gave me any information I needed and really paid attention to my needs. The part exchange was dealt with really easily.

Purchased a vehicle on the 27th April 2023 for £17610 that had a problem on the test drive, they had to have a part replaced and some treatment done to the engine before i could collect the car but i still decided to accept the car. On the 19th July the crank pulley snapped and the car was recovered by the RAC, as i was over the mileage for their 3 month warranty i was told i had to cover the cost of repair which worked out more than a main dealer at £747.98, i tried to explain i am covered under the sales of goods act 2015 but both the service manager Dean and dealership manager Paul seem to disagree. I've had nothing but problems from this dealership since September 2022 and i wish i never stepped foot in the place.
I am having to go through smalls claims court to get my money back for the repair costs.

Would recommend Reno to anyone for car repair very high standards

Terrible service from Evans Halshaw cannon Park Middlesbrough they exchanged my radii which was faulty whilst still under warranty but didnt supply a new code. now after changing my timing belt and disconnecting my battery I have no access to my radio and sat nav ect due to no code being supplied now Evans Halshaw want to change me for their error.

Tom Brown is a credit to Evans Halshaw Renault, Middlesbrough. He was available when needed but not pushy (I hate pushy salesmen). The experience from start to finish buying my son's car was excellent, from discussing best options to answering all of our questions, face to face or via email. He was even prepared to work late when we wanted to pick the car up. Best dealer experience I've received. Well done Tom!

Came looking for a new car wasn't after a Renault arkana but ended up gettng one thanks to jack Marston, excellent customer service and explained everything from the finance side to the cars inner workings cheers and looking forward to driving my new car .

We wanted to buy our son his first car and found the perfect one at Evans Halshaw. Our local dealership at Renault - Middlesborough arranged for the car to be brought up to the branch for our convenience. Thomas Brown was our named contact and helped us throughout the whole process of buying the car, making us constantly feel welcome and with nothing being too small a query. We were sent a personalised video of Thomas showing us the car inside and out for us to see before we actually visited the showroom and this was a really nice touch to add to my sons excitement of buying the car. There was even a little treat in the car for our son based on the information Thomas had learned about him when we drove the car away and this felt so personal and confirmed that this dealership really does put the customer (and their cars) first. Thanks very much for your patience while I was purchasing a car from you , I am not the easiest person to satisfy I usually go to the far end when looking for a car , I have got to say all of the staff including H bent over backwards to make buying from you a pleasant experience unlike another main dealer at gateshead where I wouldn't even test drive the car . The only comment I would like to make is that the car only had four months test on it . I probably wouldn't have bought the car if I had realised it didn't have a full mot .
But I should have checked. But that said Great Staff.
