Cannot fault the service from Tom, made the experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new motor!

Just picked up a new car.
Great garage well looked after and Jack is very enthusiastic when dealing with customers making the collection a positive experience.

Tom is friendly, straightforward, personable and knowledgeable. I traded in my old Duster for a newer one and added some protections. I also signed up for the Service Plan which allows you to put money away specifically for minor and major services. Many thanks Tom.

This company is rubbish do not buy from them go to a back street garage you will get better service tried to get my money back since August 2023 no one responds to telephone calls or email took several months before I got an answer was lied to by sales team about the 123 checks the head of business assured me it hadn't been skipper through but I got the 123 report and it clearly shows I've been lied to, they still will not accept responsibility for their lack of due diligence and lies even with evidence.
They never fix anything first time and it takes months for them to fix things
The website directs you to a link to resolve issues with the dealership and they say they will contact you within 48 hours, after a month I had to call the head office as no one bothered to contact me this is the norm with evanhalshaw they gave me an address for assistace but you don't get any help you get fobbed off and told they cannot help as the dealership has the final say. My experience is from Renault middlesborough.

I absolutely recommend purchasing a car with Evans Halshaw - Renault. I am ecstatic with my new car and the whole experience, which could have been quite stressful, was made easy and comfortable by Tom who guided me through my purchase from start to finish. Can’t thank them enough!

Great experience today picking up my fabulous brand new Renault Captur in Flame Red with a Diamond Black roof from Jack Marston at Renault Evans Halshaw Cannon Park, Middlesbrough. Buying a car should be stress free and a pleasure, and it certainly has been. I can highly recommend Jack and his team, who have explained everything I need to know about my new car and have looked after me throughout the whole process.

Went in today to collect my new car today and Jack was brilliant explained everything showed me everything and was really helpful thankyou.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient, I was kept informed about the progress of my cars first service. I can't find fault with the company at all, highly recommended 10/10

From very first visit, staff have been exceptional, made changing vehicles easy. Received good advice and staff were always receptive to our needs.
