I had a problem with the cooling system, it was leaking litres of coolant. I went into the dealership on Tuesday and was booked in for the following day. Needed a new water pump and a problem with my exhaust system was discovered during the checks, this was also changed and fixed. Over the course of a day and a half all the problems where sorted. Again the help i was given and the explanation of the work undertaken was fully explained to me.

We have had two cars from this garage and although we had some issues with the car which didn’t have anything to do with the dealership they have been fantastic, we received so much support in the change of vehicle and they always go above and beyond to help and advise, after bad customer service from the dealership in Durham we wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

I have delt with Evens Hallshaw Gateshead for many years they have always given high stantard of customer service and their work I have NEVER found a fault. This is why I use them for my car service and MOT.

First service and MOT under my service plan since buying the car in December. From the call to book my car in to picking it up, the service was first class. Nice friendly welcome in the morning, and communication updates from Lewis who was very helpful and explained everything that had been done. My car needed to be serviced due to a 'recall'. The day before the booked service, I explained I needed my car back as quickly as possible due to a family member being admitted to hospital. The guy I spoke to on the telephone was extremely understanding and my car was collected and brought back very quickly. Thank you - Greatly appreciated.

Bought a mokka from Nottingham branch. Turned up like it had been stolen!! Needed 2nd key and a valet. Gateshead went above and beyond to sort it out. Brilliant service team
