All staff were pleasant, courteous and friendly. The check in process was quick and efficient. The recall issues were dealt with quickly and to a high standard. My car was even washed and valeted when I collected it. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you

I am very disappointed with my experience at Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock . I have now visited them multiple times regarding minor and a serious issue with my car, smoke coming from underneath and each time they simply told me “there’s no issue.” The car is still within their three month warranty, yet nothing has been properly checked or fixed.

Every time I drive back home, the problem is still there. It honestly feels like they are just trying to run out the warranty period instead of taking responsibility and repairing the fault.
Now I have to go to another mechanic to find and fix the issue.

Buying a car should come with peace of mind, but instead I am left dealing with the same issue again and again. Their customer service and after sales support have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Evans Halshaw based on my experience.

I have been taking my Mokka to get serviced an MOT carried out for a number of years now. No complaints at all

Hearing chat round about and from office staff and mechanics, we were quoted 1700 plus to fix it. New headlamps and a bulb out which was the main expense. We found out the garage wanted our car and number plates. Which they thought were private. They sent the apprentice out to buy our car. We took the car home and spoke to my mechanic. Who stated no bulb out ., no new headlights needed just the lens buffed . The rest he will review. Next week. So no I don't rate liars. Who lie just to get your car. Bunch of thieves and liars.

Popped my car in for it's second service and had great service from start to finish. Communication was very clear and Linda at the service desk walked me through everything and confirmed prices with me when I dropped off my car. My car was serviced much quicker than I was expecting and there was no hassle in picking it up afterwards. Payment was straightforward and simple and my car was in excellent condition when I was handed back the keys, freshly washed and vacuumed!

Mark very helpful and advised how to sort problem with slow leak from wheels. Ross picked car up from home and returned when it passed MOT and was serviced cleanly. Thank you everybody.

Poor service from start to end. Manager did his best to redeem things but overall would not recommend. Turned an already stressful situation into more unnecessary stress. Some staff unprofessional & lacking in any customer service skills.

I recently had my car yearly service as I have done faithfully with pre paid service plan from Evans and Halshaw after buying first new car 9years ago . Service was carried out quickly and efficiently as per normal however I received a call to say car was ready to be picked up and when I got car back there was no valet been done . No wash or Hoover. First time I've had to leave a negative feed back.

My car was in Evans Halshaw Kilmarnock to have a spring replaced. I dealt with Linda and she was very welcoming and explained in detail that i would receive a diagnostic video through email. This video was very informative and let me know what other problems my car had. Linda kept me up to date on the cars progress and when i could pick it up...When picking up our car we dealt with Mark and Linda and they explained what the car had done to it. All in all was a very good experience...10/10
