Took my car in to get some new tyres & tracking done, rang before to remind me of my appointment, drop off smooth phone call to let me know it was ready for pick up, lovely friendly staff! On top of that my car was spotlessly clean!

Had my viva MOT done yesterday and they even cleaned it. Very happy with the service and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a great sales experience with Hamza. He was a friendly chap who didn’t put pressure on to upsell us but did go through all options clearly and carefully so we could make a really informed choice. I felt Hamza was clear throughout all stages of the process, accessible over phone and email, and had the car ready to collect on time and in the condition promised. We have only owned the car for a few days but all seems good at present.

From walking straight in to collecting my new car I have had nothing but 100% service! Treated with care and could not fault the service. Thank you Hamza!

Had my car in for repair ,even though it was a problem obtaining the parts the service lady called Julie was brilliant in sorting out a replacement car for me.

No one there to direct you when you come into the building, sales team awkwardly staring until one of them decides to ask why you're there.

When going on a booked test drive, the staff member flirted with me, when stopped at a traffic light made me give him my Snapchat details. Was asking the way back to the shop, he ignored me and continued. Couldn't answer any questions regarding the car.

The salesman I've been dealing with has lied to me regarding ordering number plates and the delivery date.

I called 8 times to try and follow up on this and apparently not a single message got back to himself.

Not happy with the car as does not have the spec identified in the online listing and I have had no contact with the dealership since buying the car

Service department very unreliable and untrustworthy will never buy car again from Evan halshaw warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Our recent experience when purchasing our second hand Vauxhall Astra was a very positive one. Hamza, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and transparent and I was able to purchase with full confidence in both the history and quality of the vehicle and also the competitiveness of the price. Just wanted to say many thanks to Hamza who guided and helped me through purchasing my used car this week. I had lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. Everything was explained clearly to me. I took the car home on a test drive to ensure it fitted in my garage easily, not a problem to do.
I picked up my car yesterday and am very pleased with my purchase.

Had my car MOT done a few days ago. Arranging the appointment was easy, arranging a courtesy car was a breeze, even down to asking my preference in the courtesy car. On the day I dropped my car off and collected the courtesy car all in 20 minutes and my own car was ready for the time I had asked and had been cleaned! The customer service staff were so friendly, helpful and very professional. Great service overall :)

The whole process of getting the car and dealing with the garage itself was fine it was a couple days later which was the issue. Within 2 days I noticed the car struggling to get into gear and the revs hitting 4k+ when accelerating to overtake/pull out at junctions, the brakes have started to squeel and multiple lights have appeared on the dash. They have got the car in for a full appraisal however this has now cost me time off work and a £30 Uber trip home whilst I leave my car in the closest garage for the day.

Today, I drove away in my brand new 208, and after three days of searching for the right car, I can confidently say that Evenshaws Leeds had the best deals. I found a car I absolutely love! A special thank you to Mike and the management team, they were amazing in helping me find the perfect car and deal. I drove away feeling genuinely happy, and I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for a new one! I would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a new car 🙂

It should be zero, EH don't deserve a star. This company looks like a fraudulent one, AVOID at all cost. Made a reserve deposit online and couldn't go ahead with viewing the car as I got a better deal/car. Its now been 4 weeks to get my money refunded. Calls, emails and no positive outcome. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Different people lying through their nose, all for £99. Just avoid this shambolic dealer for your sanity.

I bought a used car here, and it was a bad experience. The car took much longer to arrive than promised. It was very hard to get anyone to answer the phone, and when they did, some staff were rude and impatient.

The finance person even got my name wrong, which delayed everything even more. They sold me a 2-year “premium guarantee” with 2 years of breakdown cover, but it was useless. I had a breakdown on a Saturday and called the number they gave (08000720262), but it was closed — they only work Monday to Friday. I even called the Leeds office, but they just tried the same number and told me they didn’t know what to do. I ended up getting RAC instead.

Also, if something goes wrong with the car, you have to pay over £100 just to check the problem — and it’s not clear if the guarantee will cover it. I don’t trust them anymore.

Avoid this place. Not worth the trouble.

Bought my car from here two years ago, had no issues, had my service and mot done with them recently and I can’t fault the service from the team! Quick and effective turn around and great communication. We have had Sarah W look after us for the last two years, she’s very friendly and helpful!

From dropping the mobility car off for the service it was an easy process, 2 hours and it was all done, washed and vacuumed, free coffee machines and plenty of seating available which was great as we had to wait on site
Staff were very friendly, would recommend anyone take their vehicles there 😊

Only 1 as 0 stars is not an option. Absolutely discusting shady customer service/ business practices. State we will have the car out for you when you get fown in 90 minutes. Then get there sold it in the meantime.... then more lies.. I will never consider using EH again unless I find a trustworthy branch.

Car booked in for service and MOT, received email and courtesy call day before to make sure no problems , on day reception staff were friendly and efficient, received phone call when it was done, and even received on my phone a video by the mechanic of the inspection under the car.
