Poor customer service and I believe the work not carried out in a timely manner.

Smooth experience! Thank you to Faique for making my new car purchase super easy and comforting - purchasing a new car on finance was a scary thing however he answered all my questions promptly.

I have to say a huge thank you to Jaz after a terrible experience in another garage! It was highly stressful after a car I bought broke down within a week. Jaz flew in and helped in every way possible! He never failed to respond back to me promptly and reassured me that he would help get things sorted for me and he stuck to his word ! Very professional and I feel that I could go back straight to him if I ever needed any further assistance. He helped me find a new car finally and I’m back on the road, thank you for everything Jaz would highly recommend his service. Top guy and so friendly

James at Vauxhall Newport was Fast and efficient great communication and friendly to work definitely recommend.

Had my car booked in at 8:30 for belt change, was told when booking and in the confirmation email that it would be ready to collect the same day at 5pm, was then told on arrival that day it's normally a 2 day job, I have to get cover for my shift then that night an lost out as it was overtime nearly £200, the staff would friendly and helpful, good customer service from then keeping me informed. Did a good job and was happy with the work just not about being a 2 day job, otherwise I would of given a 5star.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Paul, Ryan and all the team were brilliant. They helped us to find our dream family car and ensured we were looking after every step of the way.

I was thrilled to see the plate sourced for the car (25 vehicle) was personalised. That extra touch was above and beyond!

When we collected the car the process was quick and easy and we drove away with huge smiles on our faces. We even received and surprise thank you present… we will leave that as a surprise for you too!

We purchased a Mokka 2025 plate had a good service from sales team. However the screens failed within 6 weeks and only 750 miles on clock. It took 2 weeks for them to fix after many complaints regarding service team. Its now 3 weeks later and same thing has happened with the screens failing. Nobody answers the phone to the point where we think they have blacklisted our telephone number. Contacted Customer services and explained the issue. Was told to expect a call back but no call. We have a brand new car with less than 1000 miles on which we can't use and not getting any help. We just want them to take the car and give us our money back. We have been loyal customers with only having Vauxhall vehicles for the last 20 years but now we will never buy from them again. As I said their sales team are really good but there is NO aftercare.

Following reply from Evans Halshaw my husband has been trying to phone them but nobody picks up the phone, he is still waiting for a reply to his email to Vauxhall Customer Services and to Evans Halshaw So no change we still have a brand new car that we are paying for sat outside our house which we can't use as it's not fit for purpose.

Car went for a MOT and oil change, said it would be ready for 1300 hrs and it was. Even gave the inside a little clean. Awesome service and can’t recommend enough.

We have just bought from here and the whole process was pleasant, efficient and straightforward. A fair price was quickly agreed for our car and the new car prepared on time for the date arranged. The salesman, Luke Palmer, could not have been more helpful!

My car went in on a recall, I couldn't have wished for a better service. A lovely young man came and picked the car up from the house he kept me updated by phone through the day and returned the car to me as promised, the car had been cleaned inside and out. I'm very happy with the process from start to finish. Thank you very much, I would have no problem using Evans halshaw again.

If I could give 0 stars then that's would I rate the dealership. Part exchanged my vehicle with jasvir last weekend and took out a "premium warranty" policy for 3 years which also gives you rac roadside and homestart costing 995. Don't be fooled my this missold warranty to this date almost a week later after multiple phone calls and emails I still have no documentation for the service I've paid for. I've requested call backs to which I've had 1 out of 5 calls and still no document. I've asked for a full refund to which I've been ignored and fobbed off as I don't believe I should pay for a service I haven't got. Mot history hidden from me told I have to look online to find my vehicle failed the day before I bought it and had several advisories not put right before handing the car to me. Reported to the motor ombudsman see if they can assist
