Update to my review below I have explained in a previous review the sales man John was excellent BUT THE AFTER SALE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I. Have a problem with the car which developed about 9 days after purchase the garage above are refusing to fix the dangerous fault I have complained on numerous occasions but to no avail which means my only course is to resort to the courts WATCH THIS SPACE in the meantime avoid I recently bought a used Vauxhall Grandland X from Evans Halshaw in Wigan and had a very positive experience.

In particular, I would like to mention the excellent service I received from their representative, Mr McAvoy. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but Mr McAvoy made the experience straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy with the car and the level of customer service I received.

I would happily recommend the Evans Halshaw Wigan branch to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Jacob was incredibly helpful as was Liam. Was welcomed in immediately and felt comfortable. Jacob was very honest and I did not feel pressured into anything at all. Amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The whole experience with this company is excellent particularly Megan in the service desk great communication and always nothing is to much trouble nice to see your health check video as well everything completed on time and budget brilliant

Just purchased a new car from Evans halshaw wigan our sales man was Roger took the time to come in on he's day off to hand our new car to us. Highly recommend if your thinking off getting a new car come down to Evans halshsw wigan

Great customer service, kept well informed, everything as expected.

The experience I had at Voxhall corsa was brilliant sorted what I needed there and then and the man that spoke to called Lee was verry lovely and very understanding I would deffo go there again if I needed any new car!

Paid a deposit on a ford fiesta at Wigan . Arranged appointment following day to test drive it . Kept waiting 45 minutes while car was cleaned . Car had an inch of water in drivers footwell and rear seat footwell . Seatbelts and boot had white mold all over it .
Car was 6,300 pound . Manager who never came out his office sent a message they would get service to look at it the next day . Very poor customer service.

My experience at Evans Halshaw (wigan) was absolutely fantastic i was abit scared at first going into a big place like that but met up will Lee Barnfield he was absolutely great very friendly, polite he explained everything so i understood he made the whole experience a great one ..

Got the worst customer service experience a with rude call handler. I have lodged in formal complaint which showed I would get response in 48 hours and it been almost a week now without response.

Recently took my car to Evans Halshaw Wigan for a problem with my boot not opening.The car was promptly repaired and it’s good as new. I was in contact with Doreen who is very knowledgable and friendly and i recommend this car dealership highly.

Jacob and John at Evans Halshaw (Challenge Way, Wigan) are absolutely amazing! John especially went above and beyond to ensure that we could collect the car within 6 days of purchasing! He came in on his day off to ensure he could personally do the handover! Both couldn’t do enough the help us and would 100% recommend anyone to see them if they are looking to buy a car in Wigan!
