had my ec charger installed today by Johnny, what can I say other than exceptional service from the moment he arrived till he left, installed the charger promptly and explained everything as he progressed, helped me set up the app and how to work the device and the app. couldn't be happier with the service, highly recommended

From first enquiry which was responded to really quickly to my follow up months later the process has been easy. Today Connor and Kyle were early and the installation completed with no hassle. A please do deal with and highly recommended. Just need my EV to arrive now!

Charger fitted today by Conor. Excellent service, prompt, quick, clean and tidy, friendly also first class support and advise from office staff especially Suzanne. FABULOUS!!

From the initial phone call to the completed installation EV Heroes were an extremely professional company.
The company managed to instal my EV charger within 24 hrs of ordering due to a cancellation.
They arrived on time and installed the charger in an extremely tidy and professional manner. The charger operation was explained very concisely and easy to understand.
From start to completion I can’t fault the company. Excellent

I don’t usually write reviews as I believe most people do a good job and to a standard that’s expected. Firstly the standard of the work by EV Hero’s was excellent and the fact I got a cancellation a week early didn’t hurt the situation. I had the pleasure of meeting their staff member Josh who installed our charger. I believe when people are hired companies look for people who can do the job and who they can trust, If Josh is the standard of their hiring policy then they’ll do really well. Very happy with the service and also their office staff when called upon. All together excellent experience.

I shopped around for an EV charger but couldn't find a company I liked. Either the quote seemed too high or they sounded like they didn't want to be on the phone with me like Ovo. I filled in the online form Friday evening and received a call back first thing Monday morning from Charlie, he was very polite, answered my 20 thousand questions, didn't push me when I said I needed to discuss with my husband and gave me a very competitive quote. I rang back after not too long and decided to go with EV Heroes, charlie was great and outlined everything they needed and sent me the survey to complete, he sent the invoice and booked me in for the following Monday making sure to keep me updated in the meantime and advised a 2-hour time slot from 1 pm. Dead on 1 pm today Alex and John came to fit the charger, they were both lovely and polite and weren't annoyed when I told them I didn't know where my water bonding or stop-tap was and listened to where I thought it was, they helped me take off the kitchen drawer while they looked and tested but they could not find it either. I advised them that my consumer unit is getting upgraded on Thursday as it is very old and they told me that it wouldn't affect the installation however the upgrade I booked should include the water bonding being added. They also told me I needed an upgraded earth and gas bonding as well which they advised they could do but seeing as I already have an electrician coming in 2 days it should also be included in order to pass and get the safety certificate. I was able to relay this to the electrician and he confirmed it was included and he would do this. In the meantime, they advised the head office of this plan to which they agreed and they went ahead and installed the charger, they were very quick and efficient and tidied up after themselves even by putting the kitchen drawer back on for me. After they explained it was all connected but turned off at the fuse all I had to do Thursday when the electrician was done was to flip the fuse switch on and send them photos of the unit and bondings so they could pass it on to the DNO. They gave me the details for aftercare if needed and a pack with spares and an instruction manual however they still took the time to explain it to me and helped me install the app and how to use it. I am very happy from the beginning to the end of installation and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. I just can't wait to get my car and charge it. Oh and as a bonus they ended up finding my stop-tap for me under a false panel beneath the electrics that I didn't know came out so that saves me having to go outside every time I need to turn my water off.

Omg what an amazing service from EV hero,s. Both young men were extremely helpful polite & friendly. Arrived early than expected, was installed in half the time expected . Talked me through everything , left no mess at all . Really efficient at their job . A***** service from Luke jones and other installer (who didn't catch his name sorry ). Can not praise this company enough . Outstanding and highly recommended .
