Kesia from Evinox has been a great help to me over the past few weeks. I look after a big residential estate in Chelsea, and Kesia has been really quick to help me out with any of the residents heating and hot water issues.

Alicia went over and above to secure an appointment for a tenanted property. I received quick responses to emails.

They want me to charge £20 set up fee for administration and billing.
But the charging me 31p a day for administration and billing!
You couldn’t make it up!

The Evinox team really are the only ones we would trust with our Geminox boiler servicing. It is a complex but excellent system - so reassuring to know the Evinox heating engineers have the specialist knowledge to keep it at its most efficient. They are easy to reach and quick to come out. Couldn't ask for more.

Friendly chap came to service boiler. Called me to say he’d been held up in traffic. Boiler still working, so hopefully it’s been serviced correctly.

Evinox called in advance to confirm the appointment. The engineer was on time. He explained what he was doing for the service, and why. Explained how we can monitor the system on an ongoing basis. Completed the service on time. Tidied up and replaced any items he had moved in order to carry out the service.

We were very pleased that Evinox were able to organise an appointment to check out the issues with our boiler within few hours of my call.
The engineer was efficient and mange to establish that the issue had been resolved. Thank you.

I have had the same experience as Ash (review lower down). Absolute rip off. My Bill was £986 (nearly £1000) for a 3 month period. I use the heating in one room in the evening, very low in the bedroom and in the spare room on low when I am working from home. The rest of the apartment the heating is completely switched off and has been all winter. That cost me nearly £1000. I wouldn't bother phoning in like they suggest in their feedback as they will justify the high bill at all cost but can't really explain why or the connection issues that I was never picked up or communicated about. I wouldn't recommend.

Yunus and Filipe were absolutely amazing and done a fantastic job and fixed all my problems I'd been having couldn't fault either of them, they even turned up early which is mostly unheard off 🤣 would 100% recommend

Their boilers are awful. They break down every few months and end up costing 1000s to repair. They are energy inefficient and cost 300-400 in energy costs per month. The worst thing is that if you want to go with another company for boiler servicing, they won’t know how to service an Evinox boiler so you’re stuck with Evinox for customer service.

Avoid like the plague.

Awful, £1001.24 for a 3 month period in which I wasn’t even using a high amount of heating or hot water, rate of 33.86p per kWh which is completely bonkers considering the 10.3p price cap currently on gas! How do they get away with this absolute daylight robbery?!

Yunus from Evinox solved my hot water and heating issue quickly. He fully tested and thoroughly diagnosed the system to find sensors the issue. I honestly couldn't be happier with his service, he was prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.
The office team were great too, they were able to partially diagnose remotely system errors which was helpful. Scheduling and invoicing were also streamlined.
Thank you Evinox team, you solved an ongoing problem that other plumbing and heating companies couldn't solve! Evinox is now my go to for heating and hot water issues.

The block of flats I live in has heating and hot water through Evinox. With the recent (4 fold!!) increase in energy prices from them, Evinox has just sent out bills to all to inform on the status quo 40 days into the new pricing period. These bills seems to be completely random ranging from an additional £1000 in credit to >£1500 in dept for what is supposed to be a pre-paid system to avoid accumulation of any debt. These invoices are also completely at odds with the billing monitoring units installed in the flats. Evinox is currently investigating but not without forcing some of the tenants to pay big (and unlikely justified) sums to keep hot water and heating running while they are correcting their accounting error.

I had a very stressful situation, just moved into a new property for the first time. I called up and spoke to Aisling. Within minutes she calmed me down. Her customer service skills were amazing. She explained everything to me in detail. A massive thank you!

Caroline 10 out of 10 for costumer service !! She talked me through everything and dealt with everything to help my issue out. My situation was a bit different than normal I cancelled my DD back in July due to lots of unusual activity with my bank account. Not realising my DD was not set back up and with no payment for 5 months, luckily I was only 12 pound in debt as I not missed a payment before . Caroline was a pleasure to talk to and calmed me down when I thought I was so much behind (I thought it was going to be a big sum). She double checked and double checked again She quickly sorted me out with emergency credit till I got paid and set up a new DD for me. Thank you Caroline if you read this 😗

I contacted Evinox to provide an updated reading for my property, and found that an updated reading had not been given for some time, leading to an issue with the billing. Their operative, Caroline Hill, was helpful and compassionate, and helped me through the issue (which is a relief, as she could have just saddled me with the situation to deal with myself). I'm very grateful for her hard work, and that of her colleagues.

Their website acting like hell. This is not my first time experiencing unable-to-login on weekends. And now it's winter, I am unable to take a hot shower. Their service is like hell, late response, always shut down of services website.
