Absolutely terrible - avoid at all costs, overpriced and inconsistent service, bizarre billing, wrongly installed equipment, we are moving out after 6 months due to constant issues. (in E17)

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service I called up following 6 hot water outages and was told that I had to email them, I have asked the number for someone that can help i.e. a manager and told again I had to email them. Round and round it goes. If you have the choice don't use them. Still haven't revived a call back.

Poor communication, average customer relation service
They are the only provider for communal heating my flat is connected to, so i am constrained to them.
Really poor communication when about meter readings. I asked them many times to take an appointment before sending their meter readings contractors, but they still keep leaving leaflets in by post box saying they did not find me home, thus they keep ESTIMATING my energy consumption.
The website is flaky, as i provided manual reading many times but they never received/took it in consideration. Sometimes takes a long time to have them answer emails.
Not a terrible experience, but since people is constrained to their service (as they don't have other choices) seem they don't care much about the quality of the service they provide.
I hope this will change in the future.

I'm paying fees to train two of your engineers on site
Apparently, this company engineer have no clue about how to fix their own boilers. Visit 3 times, still haven't fix it.
