Me and my partner had help from Leigh Rutter & Lois Keer, I have never been so happy with service in my life. They have been so amazing throughout and we couldn’t thank them enough. They got us a turn around time of 4 days to get our mortgage accepted, as first time buyers we came into this very unsure and found the process confusing, but they have both been so amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, will 100% be recommending & using again for our future.

A great Company to work with, very professional, polite and efficient. All members of staff are lovely, can’t do enough for you. When you ring to speak to someone the phone is answered straight away by a human and not put in a queuing system. I would definitely recommend use them.

Some caution when using a broker to put in place a mortgage provision. Whilst the general service was OK, the overall outcome was far from adequate. Given the recent fluctuation and my own personal circumstances, I asked my broker for a tracker rate mortgage to enable me to be as fluid as possible should interest rates change but was put forward to the provider on a 5-year fix with heavy redemption should I wish to change at a later date. I have complained but nothing can be done to change the ultimate outcome of what has been put in place.

We had been told there was no chance of getting a mortgage in our specific scenario and after months of stress and upset, it all came to a devastating halt. Then we received a phone call from Luke Benford saying there was a chance they could help get us our mortgage. He was the reason the ball started rolling and we could not have been more grateful. The night before the phone call, I spent the night in floods of tears and we booked in rentals to view as we thought there was no hope. James Manders then took over the reigns and put in all the hard work to get the offer in under our tight time constraints so we didn't lose the house we loved. He also put up with thousands of questions from us! Being first time buyers meant we had absolutely no idea what half the terms and phrases meant, but you were extremely patient and kind explaining it all along the way! From the moment we were connected to you both, you were reliable, supportive and most importantly contactable!

I went through evolve as recommended by our developer, having never done this before as it was a first time buy, I can truly say they are the most helpful company I have ever dealt with. Lois guided us through the process so easily and has really just been incredible. I have found the process so stressful and exhausting due to the time taken for the property to be built and Lois made this aspect very stress free for me and answered all the questions (no matter how silly or how many) to put my mind at ease. I would 100% recommend to others & would most certainly use the services again. Thank you for everything, it’s been a long time coming & we are so glad to finally have the keys to our first home!

I used Matt services 4 years ago to buy one house, then 2 years ago to remortgage, 6 months ago to take a mortgage (successfully) but then the sale didn’t go through and today again to buy our new house.
