This company, and their staff have to be the best people I have ever dealt with, I had a problem with my system I called they came, it recurred I sent a video that evening when I thought they were closed they emailed to say they would be back, and they came back replaced my whole unit, it's so perfect the unit really quiet and the water is excellent, I could not recommend this company enough, the customer care is first rate, I have no issue giving them 5stars and if there was six they would get that, I thanked the installer on Monday, but thanks again E.W.T.

Efficient and prompt service. The engineer, Vlad was fact and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend their services.

EWT are a great company. We bought a water softener a few years back and have it serviced yearly. It was a great investment. This company pride themselves on customer service and so they should! They are great to deal with and there's never an issue...engineers are great, efficient and friendly.

Took 14 months to get a service. Engineer got lost. Service took ten minutes and was ok. Within a minute I had a call asking for payment for the wrong amount. I paid the right amount but EWT plague me with calls, texts and emails. Phone is unanswered while the recorded message gabbles on about the Indian ambassador and covid. Avoid; I will.

Lots of hidden costs with this…do not sign up!! Since covid they’ve changed their policies which basically means more money for them and less satisfaction as a customer!! You have to buy 10 bags of salt at a time and have to get your water softener systems serviced once a year!! Which isnt cheap!! My advice shop around, there’s loads of water softening companies now

Very happy with my recent annual service of my water softener. The engineer arrived on time, adhered to social distance guidelines and was polite and friendly. My water softener was throughly checked and my drinking tap filter was replaced.

Fantastic Service since we had our Water softener installed. Highly recommend and product is excellent. It has completely removed limescale from our water system

Have been dealing with EWT for a number of years since the installation of my water softener treatment system. I always find their staff to be most helpful friendly and very efficient. They always give you a time scale within an hour or two of the scheduled appointment with text reminders of same.
The system itself is very efficient in eliminating limescale and Iron from my water.
Am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to whoever reads this comment.

Great company to deal with.I have the EWT water softener and drinking water system over 5 years,and can tell you one thing the best investment I did.Didn’t change electric shower in over 5 years and still going where before had to change at least once a year..The company always sends you a reminder when to top up salt, when u need service.If your order have to be amended it’s done hassle free.Definitely recommend.

The service provided by EWT has been of excellent quality. They accommodated me with an appointment to suit my working hours. Vladimir installed my water softener and water filter in a professional manner, leaving everything spotless after the installation and explained everything to me throughout the process. When I had a small issue with the tap Nicole in the EWT office sorted it immediately and without issue. Nicole has been an excellent point of contact through my experience. Another engineer was sent, my tap was sorted and all has been working perfectly since. Overall I would highly recommend dealing with EWT.

I’d say best customer service. Sales agent were very friendly, easy to arrange a booking and very flexible when it comes to changing/upgrading products (from G1 to G21). I called to schedule installation on a Tuesday and got the product (G21) installed on Thursday!! That was so quick!!! The engineer (missed his name) was very friendly, really knows what he’s doing and did a great job in installing the product neatly and even put back the divider in the cupboard after cutting it properly to fit. Service was fast. Defo will recommend. Lastly, the water tasted really good and fresh! Really amazed so happy I went with EWT!

Another success story with EWT Had trouble with the filter tap. The engineer arrived at the time which was promised. He promptly diagnosed that the tap needed replacing. Job done in 15 minutes. All happy again.

I would not recommend getting involved with this company
I got a filter put in over 2 months ago, I paid the euro booking fee and went ahead but when the day came for the install I had a work emergency so I couldn't be there for the install as I had planned, the engineer who put in the device told my wife nothing about it, he said he would call me and advise how to use it, this never happened. To date I have not paid any more money, I have called them 2 or 3 times and even more over email, requesting that somebody send me instructions or tell me how this works and have received nothing only threats about not paying for this, I may also add that they installed a different tap than I had picked and I believe the unit to be faulty as the led display does not work or maybe that's how it should be! I wuldnt know. All I know is I have not added salt since getting it in as i dont know how so all this experience has done for me is to lose a press in kitchen which has this pile of useless plastic in it now.

Our EWT water softener was serviced recently by a highly professional and friendly Service Engineer. He noticed that the drinking tap was loose and spent some time securing it properly.

Great service, water is clear of lime in a day, excellent product.

One of the best company's to deal with for water issues. Been with them for many years and they give a first /top class service
