My system needs a service . they arranged a time and date wich took a long time to get and when I made myself available at home for the times they gave me nobody showed and i received no explanation. I got another date eventually and the same happened again. The only way to contact them is a no reply service. I'm still waiting months for a service and can't get them

Company grand until I had a leak. Called and they said someone would come, and didn't. I phoned back, there was no log of my original call. Someone would come within 5 working days for a leak! they said. 2 weeks later, after an angry phone call, they came and just switched the ewt water off. Not even a minute inside the house. They are threating me now with "uninstall" bill of 100eur, even if they didn't uninstall anything, and completely ignored the water damage occasioned from the leak.

Water softener has really helped with the hard water that we had. Ewt also give you credits for the purchases you make so the credits can reduce the price of future costs such as servicing and buying salt etc

Steph was very helpful trying to solve the problem, but it didn’t work.
Since then I have had a new unit installed so the problem no longer exists.

I’ve been using Ewt for servicing my filter for the last number of years. Serviced recently and as per usual no issues at all. Dealt with Abbie and she was pleasant and efficient to deal with. Engineers are also pleasant, efficient and punctual. Would definitely recommend them.

I called the EWT today as ordering the annual service online doesn't work when you have been paying installments every month for a year. It was very good that I got through very quickly and Abbie was able to see my account information already and she made the request for me and got a text on my phone saying that I'll be receiving an appointment within 5 days. It was a good interaction, Abbie was prompt and efficient.

Excellent customer service on the phone with Abbie. She promptly resolved the matter after I explained that I was having issues with my water softener. I was able to use my credit properly and get a 12 year warranty. She promtly manage to sort out an engineer booking. Thank you Abbie. I hope to be able to speak to you again

We struggled massively with the hardness of our water until we contacted EW Technologies. Such an easy process and extremely friendly engineer came to install. Our water has never tasted so good and we have never felt so fresh after a shower. Abbie has also been super helpful along our journey to better water. Would highly recommend.
