I hadEwt water softener service . The engineer was very helpful and did a great job . He arrived on time was very efficient and friendly .

The whole process from ordering to installation was flawless. I placed an order Monday afternoon & it was installed that Friday morning. I couldn’t be happier.

The engineer arrived even earlier than scheduled (which was great for us as we had something to do later), completed the installation in half an hour and did a very good job. The water is clear and with a good taste, and I’m glad I don’t need anymore to buy filters for the jug. Thank you!

We have very hard water here in the house , got installed and the difference in our water is amazing . I have spoke to a lovely girl Deirdre who was very helpful and professional . I’d definitely recommend Ewt .

Excellent product. I am using water softener and G1 water purifier, There is is a significant difference in the quality of shower and drinking water. Ben from EWT helped me to choose the right product and arranged everything in time, a great guy to deal with.

Having a family growing, EWT dual was the best decision so far, Good investment for health. Installation was spotless and professional with Mario, he even fixed our tap. Customer service is great and flexible as we got many queries before finally getting one. Highly recommended!

I was offered an appointment time with an option to change it if it didn't suit me.
I was given the time range of a couple of hours on a date when the engineer would come to do the service.
The engineer rang me when he was on his way. He carried out the service in a courteous and professional manner. He organised that I receive my invoice by email, which I did, later that day.

Very professional staff, service and products, would highly recommend.

Dalibor came out to service my yearly water softener. He carries out a full service everytime on the water softner to make sure its working ok.. He does a good job. He is a added bonus to your team . I recommend Ewt to all my friends. And they have installed them in there houses. Love Ewt.

The most unprofessional company I have had to deal with so far. I had the softner fitted a year and half ago. Between last year November and January this year, the water softner leaked 4 times causing a significant amount of damage to my brand new flat. After 4 different engineer visits, only the last one was competent enough to stop the leak. At every visit they would also take pictures of the damage to raise a claim for compensating me for the damages. In couple of instances the leak was so severe that the water reached my kitchen, bedroom and in the common area outside my flat. All leaks happened during the regeneration cycle which were set by EWT to happen at 2 am.

Not it's April and after chasing day and night i am getting no where with this company. Everytime I call I get the same answer " we will pass the message on to Ryan and he will get back to me via email ". Well this Ryan never responds and it has become a routine for me now to call the number every 2 hours to get the same reply. I was asked to provide quotes, which I did, the total repair work is nearly £5000 not something small that I can let go and fix out of my own pocket. All leaks were due to poor installation as agreed by the engineers at each visit.

I have even said if they think the quote is too much, I am more than happy for EWT to do the repair works themselves. I just want my property returned to the predamaged condition. But still no resolve, everyday the same story Mr Ryan will email me. If someone out there can help me deal with them through legal action or advise, please kindly get in touch. I don't think I have any other choice left as no one is tell me anything and apparently in this big company Ryan is the one and only decision maker

We have been using EWT for over 10 years now and they have always provided a great service. We upgraded our softener last year and really like it. I ordered more salt and got it delivered without any issues with a time slot and date. Highly recommend them.

I rang customer service today, I was speaking to Deirdre and she was an absolute delight to speak with, had every answer I was looking for, and couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried.

The engineer called to carry out the annual service of my water softener. He arrived on time with no delays in carrying out the service . As always a great service . This is a great company and would highly recommend their water softener

I found the whole experience with EWT, from start to finish, excellent. The engineer, Tomas, who called was so professional. He talked us through the options, gave advice, and did the perfect job. The quality of water is now superb.

The customer care was the best I have encountered recently. Beno used to call back anytime. They sent the best engineer who did an exceptional work.
