Lovely hotel perfect for families.Not my cup of tea.Lovely staff especially Sam the young porter and the brilliant young receptionist.The transfer wasn't as smooth as i would liked but other than that no complaints

Bad travel agent don't book with this company we travel to Greece our flight coming back was 23.00 Monday night hotel staff told us we have to get out from our room at midday we wernt told by the travel agent this were to happen we had to walk around out side for 9 hours then come back to the hotel so our transfer pick would take us to the airport hotel said sorry we had no room for you you have to check out night mare pls don't book with exclusive trips hersonissos palace is the hotel we're very rude racist

John the agent was very polite and explained everything so I could understand

Friendly staff when ringing to book.
Was wiling to explain all options regarding flights and what board basis there are for your trip.
Details on the hotel could be more in depth, for example pool was tiny, no hair dryer in room, all food was served cold with a large queue at the microwave constantly. When asking for hot food we were told to use the microwave. No one in the restaurant or at reception would help. Also needed keys to be able to use the fridge in the room however, No keys available.
Anything you needed to know regards the safe or fridge you had to keep going to reception which was fine but some things should have been explained in the beginning.
Shuttle trip back to airport was a nightmare, we got given a link to confirm our transportation back to the airport and it wouldn't work.
Driver didn't know his way to the airport and the passengers had to direct him.
Our all inclusive stopped at a different time to what our card said that we altered given.

Payment made without authorisation!!! BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY.
On 01/06/2023 we found the perfect holiday and were directed to Gary from Exclusivetrips to book this. Gary took all of our details and started to review the holiday with us, it was during this process we realised the wrong dates had been selected and decided to not go ahead with the booking to which Gary informed us "your trip is NON REFUNDABLE and payment had ALREADY BEEN MADE". I was horrified as we had not authorised the payment or confirmed the booking at this stage, Gary had taken payment from our bank account without authorisation to do so. We have had to get the police and bank involved for fraudulent payment. It is also worth noting that whilst on the phone to the bank to resolve this issue Gary rang us 7 TIMES!!! Furthermore, Gary did not inform us that the phone call was being recorded upon answering our call. This is in our favour now as it means his employees can listen back to the appalling and rude service we received, but for GDPR reasons we should've been made aware of the recording upon answering the call. Beware and take extra care if you wish to use this company.

I found a holiday online and webchatted with an agent called John. He was extremely helpful and found me an excellent deal with8n my budget. Very friendly

John was very helpful and patient i have not been abroad for a long time and he was very helpful with everything

I spoke with a very helpful John on the 28th april 2023 he have me some prices to which I said I’d call him back to confirm. I called back on the 29th to book and pay for my holiday which I paid in full with Peter… also very helpful. Peter then put me through to someone named rocky who then told me I need to pay an additional £139 to release my documents there had been no mention about an additional payment to release my documents. I told rocky I was not paying it as I had not been told and would speak to my partner. My partner then rang and spoke to rocky and pointed out this Freud and we would be talking this matter further. Rocky then said he would waiver the charges and send out paper work through. We then did receive our paperwork. This incident over shadowed the excitement of our holiday. We did get on our holiday which did go without a problem. Although the transfers we booked the coaches had seen better days and the 4* hotel was probably 4* back in the 70’s the food was terrible but the hotel was kept very clean. The transfer back arrived 50 mins late luckily we still made it in good time to airport.

The company fobbed you of as they don't really like resolving issues give you lectures on the procedures .
my flight times have changes unsuitable after i booked they did not want to know .
i am stuck with change of times that are unsuitable ?
