John was very helpful on the call and explained everything to me clearly. He looked at alternative holidays and gave me a call back as agreed.

Was initially sceptical about booking a trip online via Facebook but needn’t have worried. From the initial booking, through to flight arrangements, transfers, accommodation and return I honestly couldn’t fault them. I don’t often leave reviews but felt they thoroughly deserved the recognition!!! Would highly recommend use of Exclusive Trips for any holiday bookings.

was a problem re issuing our boarding passes,as they are normally sent out 24 hrs prior to departure,and we struggle with internet and printing etc,which we considered to be cutting it fine.support at exclusive trip sorted our boarding cards for us taking away the worry, thankyou.adrian upson

I clicked on a linked as I quite liked the deal. I called and was told it wasn’t available, however, they had a better deal on a cancellation which I needed to give an immediate answer on.. so I booked it having asked for the total price, paid by card over the phone and after this was informed they now needed a further £96 to pay for the Ryanair booking fee… wasn’t best pleased!! Anyway, on further research I could have got it cheaper and for longer through TUI!!!

This is my second time using this company. The first was last year October to Spain with my family and March 2023 to Dubai.

Service was excellent and all the experience from parking my car in the airport to being picked up, hotels and the entire plan is just amazing.

I will recommend them anytime and any day. They work with your budget and find you affordable package.

Great company.

After agreeing on a price and giving my card details an extra £120 charge was added again and if I wished to not go further there would've been a cancellation fee. Bit of a scam move to be honest. Then to find out half the hotel amenities were not available due to off season(which may have been my fault for not researching), once I called back and queried it the agent knew of, would've been nice to know before hand. Other than that everything else was fine. But after the first issue I wouldnt recommend or book again with.

Very good company, Stephen has been very helpful, hotel exactly as described.

I like it was straight forward.But the should inform you off the total bill before they ask for a deposit

I rang up for a quote which when I got they said it was to late to cancel as the company they were booking through gave me the same price online but including the transfers. I questioned this an was told well it’s to late now I’ve confirmed it and it’s non refundable the charge will still be taken from your card if you say you’ve found a better deal. This is poor customer service as I stated at the start I just wanted a quote from them and when I told them I’d found a better deal they didn’t even try and say well let me see what we can do. They said well that’s tough.

My only concern was that after I paid deposit I was then informed of a further charge to the airline- no a lot but it was given after what I thought was my final price- just made me concerned that I was going to get even more charges but that’s not the case……so far but haven’t gone yet 😊

We were apprehensive at first about buying from a company that may be a little unheard of but so far so good. We fly later today so cannot comment further but have received first class service so far - advisors are helpful on the phone and listen intently - documents and boarding passes sent on time. I also like that they have long opening hours so can be contacted outside of office hours.

We were very pleased with the communication between Rocky and ourselves,nothing was a bother to him he kept us informed about our holiday so we would be happy to book with exclusive trips again.Hotel Marncroft Greigo food was enjoyable and staff were helpful only drawback no heated pool

Everything was straightforward. Which is great when you get older

Just back from famagusta Cyprus one thing I can say about this site is when you find your holiday you need the deposit ready because you will never get the first price again.
The only problem that I had was with luggage the person on the phone I believe gary' told me he would do me a deal on the luggage as my deposit didn't cover it.
He told me to call back when I had the rest of the balance and will sort luggage out.
I ended up paying nearly 400 pound to add two 26kg bags, word of advice make sure u add luggage when you do your deposit. Apart from that no problems at all with this site.
Stayed at salamis Bay conti fantastic hotel and the staff was very friendly mostly Germans in hotel not many english.
Food was OK not the best put a lot to choose.
I was a bit nervous traveling because I had to cross the border but no problems at all just look at your passport.
Would definitely visit the hotel again and would personally book direct with the hotel and just buy flights wizz air luggage is extortionate never fly with them again

Hotel was nice, apartment was also very nice and very clean. Unfortunately the all inclusive ended at 7.00pm, in fact on 2 nights the bar closed completely at 5.45pm as no staff. There was nothing going on at the hotel considering the was the Music Resort Hotel, I appreciate it was low season but should have been explained by yourselves. Also the lunch time food was put out in the restaurant and left there until 9.00pm for the evening meal. It was then cold and rubbery. Not good.

Brilliant no fuss Rocky sorted everything out for us can’t wait for our trip to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary in August to Lanzarote
