I purchased the item on 19 March, but it was not until 28 April that the courier began dispatch. Given the size of the item, it was split into two parcels.
The first parcel was delivered on 2 June, almost three months later, and the second parcel remained in China.
I contacted customer support via the website and they only replied a week later, telling me to wait another three weeks.
I waited the three weeks and the second parcel still hasn’t arrived.
I’ve tried contacting them again several times by email and via the website, but to this day I haven’t received a reply on how to get my money back.

I strongly advise you NOT TO BUY FROM EZERLIVING!

THIS PLACE is garbage!!! STAY AWAY. What I received was damaged and had missing assembly parts. I requested the missing parts, and was given the run around for 5 days before I realized they were NEVER going to send me what was missing. DO NOT WASTE you money on this trash.
