I needed my brakes done with Discs and pads and one garage quoted me nearly three times as much without actually checking the parts that needed replacing. Tony at F1 Basingstoke took the time and great pride in fixing my brakes and I can’t thank him enough. He saved me over £400. Thanks Tony.

I had prebooked for air conditioning clean and regas. The staff were all polite and friendly. Cost exactly as quoted, and complete within time frame

MOT Day .... always dread these 3 little words!
Last 2 yrs having used Formula One Auto Centre Basingstoke branch, they are friendly and approachable.
So yep went there this year. The same service levels off which is remarkable to find in any type of outlet, their customer service is outstanding!
No matter your car result, restasured they will advise you your best honest options available.

I missed my appointment due to a work issue, the gent behind the counter reschedule me for the next day at 3pm. Which was great! All work completed to a good standard and good customer service.

Cameron at Long Eaton F1 Autocentres sorted me out very quickly. On a bank holiday as well! Fitted new tyre and I was on my way. He explained the difference of the tyres. All staff very helpful and professional! Thanks guys.

Another excellent experience with Tony and the team at the Basingstoke branch. After helping me out in a mini emergency a couple of years ago, they earnt my loyalty and I've used them ever since. I've used them twice in the last month and I cannot fault their service. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend to anyone local.

Once again F1 Autos in Basingstoke save the day. Had a roadside breakdown, managed to get a tow to these guys, the following day they call up and confirm the problem, then fix it at a very reasonable price. I've said before, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else and the team at F1 are absolute legends. See you for the next service and MOT!

From start to finish dealing with Formula 1 was easy and practical. Initially ordered the tyres online and got free summer check and free alignment check, just as well I got this checked as when I looked at the print out of the alignment you’d think the car had been driven by Ken Block.
Was given some good additional advise and service with a smile from start to finish, no delays, expectations managed, will definitely be returning when I need to

I’ve used these guys repeatedly over the years the service has always been 5star, never had an issue and the tyres are always very competitive.

I called at short notice to have my van front tracking checked and adjusted. 45mins later it was all done and adjusted. Excellent service from the Basingstoke branch.

I would like to say how fantastic a member of staff in the Basingstoke Centre (Winchester Rd) is. His name is Darren Wells and he really is to be commended. He was so helpful and gave me so much more info than I was expecting. He enabled me to save some money and advised me how often I should check certain things on my car. He really went the extra mile and I will be going there for all my car related needs from now on, purely because of him.

I received great service from Callum and the team. I will be booking all future services, MOT with them.

The whole experience with F1 Autocentres was very good. I ordered my tyres on line, chose a time for fitting and paid in advance. A confirmation e-mail was sent informing me what to do when arriving.

From arrival to having two new front tyres was all done and dusted in about 25 minutes. No hassle, no trying to push extras and all done with utmost courtesy and professionalism.

I will use them again and recommend them.
