A very good service. MOT'd my wife @ daughter's cars. A few things to rectify, but the guys sorted everything. Many thanks.

Fast and efficient service. Friendly customer care. Being open on a Sunday was particularly appreciated.

Dont have tools to fit tyres on Tesla how stupid are they

Update:
1. 11th they could not fit tyres as they dont have the tools
2. 12th I received the tools I bought.
3. 12th went to F1 now they say they cant fit for 48 hours.
4. They wont give me my tyres I paid for to get them fitted at a good tyre fitters Dexel. Dexel have the tools to do there job F1 dont.

F1 just dont give a dam, No care. Today they said they are too busy for 3 staff doing noting hanging around. Could have got my tyres fitted but garbage not run great.

Formula 1 were able to source and replace my damaged tyre very easily and at a competitive price. The service and people performed admirably

My van broke down this morning, (Broken drive shaft ) with in a couple of hours not only had they got the part but also fitted it for an amazing price. Really great staff and really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My car failed my MOT, and the service from Alan was excellent. He made me feel so much better since I wasn't expecting it to fail. He was so helpful and the car repairs were done very quickly since I needed the car back for my holiday. He honestly made my day and I couldn't recommend this garage enough.

Absolutely disgusted! Stay well away (lincoln) they have bad attitudes and don't do repairs properly! Now the car is in worst repair because of their stupidty and then tried to blame it on my partner (car owner) I'm telling everyone I know to stay away and go elsewhere I'm not bothered if they lose customers (money) they deserve bad reviews oh n they like to take reviews down instead of reading them and learning from them where and how to do job better!

New garage found that f1 hadn't fitted the piece in correctly as well not replacing a clip holding pipe away from another piece that rotates which caused us to break down almost causing an accident on the a46 and had forced new part it in wrong place to try fit the part!!!!! And f1 are trying to blame their mistakes on us due to buying the part ourselves online....what a joke you fk things up and won't do anything about it!!!!
Yet new garage fitted another part (same as f1 didn't fit properly) with no issues whatsoever !!!! Funny that isn't it. F1 will do anything to get your money fk your car up and do nothing about it!!!

Adam in Lincoln was very helpful when I got a flat tyre due to large potholes. He advised me how long it would take to do the job, and signposted me to a nearby coffee shop if I wanted to take advantage of that. Having a flat tyre whilst on holiday wasn't good so his helpfulness was much appreciated.

Was sceptical about using as been ripped off twice previously at two different branches.
However i was in desperation for this matter to be resolved, manger was friendly in his approach and the price quoted was the price charged didn't get ripped off this time. would use again

I travellled from northamptonshire and needed tyres. I had 4 tyres fitted and balance within an hour or so of dropping my car off , very fast and friendly service fully recommend

I can’t thank you the Lincoln centre enough today. Car exhaust started rattling had rescue dog and to be honest was in a panic the exhaust would fall off. They were brilliant fixed it so quick and made a fuss of the dog too

I needed an urgent repair on my car, and despite the garage being fully booked for the day they managed to fit me in and have me back on the road within a few hours.

I got a flat tyre on my way to town and had my baby in the car, luckily I was close to F1 autocentre, who were able to squeeze me in super fast. The tyre was changed within 15 mins on a Saturday at midday. Fantastic service and definitely went above and beyond to help me out. Can't thank you enough and would recommend to anyone.

I phoned up and booked my car in for a MOT and battery change. When I arrived at my 1100 appointment I was told that I should have been there at 1000 and no battery fit had been booked. I told the man at the counter that I’d booked at 11 and definitely booked the battery change. I was basically told to go away and re-book. The counter assistant was no help, didn’t offer any alternative appointments and told me the error was mine, which it wasn’t. I’ve used F1 several times in the past, but never again. I left frustrated and angry, decent customer service is essential - this wasn’t a good example at all.

They explained and showed me the issues the car had that failed the MOT and were able to get the service, MOT and coil replacement done in the day in really good time!

I dealt with Andy and Matt, and am very grateful for the great jobs they did!

Had a nail in my tyre late in the working day. Having been turned away from another provider I was worried & stressed about getting it fixed before everywhere shut & not being able to get home (I live quite a way away). Adam and his colleagues sorted it out for me so it was all done within 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price. So relieved!
