Excellent service. Fitted me in quickly despite Green Flag not booking me in when they said they had. Really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Googled repair garages for cambelt replacement on whocanfixmy car.com and formula one autocentre came up with price. All vehicle details had been provided for these quotes. Contacted the local centre by telephone and told could not do job for a couple of weeks as main engineer on holiday. Visited centre later only to be told they could not do the job at all and that it was to big for them. Why advertise of aforementioned site and secondly why when I made the phone call with all the details available could they not tell me they could not do the job. What sort of repair centre are they, when I first tried contact with the Lincoln Tritton Road centre it took nearly three hours a nd a call to the head office to gain a response. Not at all impressed and can see why their driver score is lowest of quotes supplied.

Expertise, integrity and honesty are often hard to find nowadays, especially in garages, but Formula 1 and especially Kyle Webb and his colleague Matt offer these in bucket loads.

I needed front brake pads replacing at short notice and I was lucky enough to have Kyle Webb as my mechanic. Kyle is a truly outstanding mechanic with a simply amazing customer focused approach. His technical knowledge knows no-bounds.

I flagged that I had an MOT coming up and so, he kindly took the time to patiently explain any potential issues on my car and to answer ALL of my questions. He's a real asset to Formula 1 and if I opened a garage, Kyle would be my first hire! In fact, he is the entirely reason that I'll be returning to use this garage again. So, I hope that F1 are paying him enough, given what he brings to their business!

Additionally, Kyle went the extra mile to turn around fitting a brake replacement to my VW Golf in record time. Simply Surreal level of outstanding service! Keeping me abreast and informed at all times 👍. Top drawer service level given as standard, at reasonable prices. I'll definitely be using Formula One in the future. Thank you Kyle (& Matt) for looking after my Golf Mk4 as if it were your own! 🙏

I visited Lincoln F1 with an appointment booked for 10:30am.
They do not seem to know what I was there for.
Advised that my asthma has been made worse by the air con. They advised replacement pollen filters and cleaning of the system. I was advised that the man doing the work was also doing a service so wait should around an hour. It was 2 hours before the car came back. Charged for 1/2 an hours work so it didn't take long.
Anyway we went out on a long journey yesterday and I started coughing with asthma again. We watched a You Tube video of where to get to the filters in our car. My husband took parts out to get to the filters. Only one had been replaced the other underneath was filthy. There was a nice smell in the car when I collected the car but this quickly dispappeared and when we turned the air con on there was no smell so I am not sure the system was cleaned either.
My husband went back to show the photos of what he had found. They said that we did not ask for 2 to be changed and that we were only charged for 1. Having looked these up the box is a set of 2 filters for our car. They accused my husband of being rude and when he said he would leave a review they said that they did not care.
Such poor service, very disappointed. We will not be going back there again.

I was in urgent need of some oil removing from my car after overfilling it. It was a bank holiday Monday and you could tell that most staff were off enjoying the break. Nevertheless, the technician made time and got me back on the road and off to work in no time.

Popped into my local formula one centre in Lincoln today on an off chance as an engine management light came up on my dashboard and as it was Bank Holiday Monday didn't think that I would have much chance of being seen, but to my surprise the very kind and helpful manager Adam told me if I was happy to wait 15 minutes he would have a look.
After he had checked my car and topped up my radiator and oil the fault was cleared and he did this at no charge.
Will definitely be returning for all future works and services and will be highly recommending to family and friends.

From the moment I arrived until the time I left the staff were helpful and thoughtful of my needs. As to the tyre change I needed the manager made it his priority to see that I was thoroughly satisfied with my order. I cannot commend highly enough the enthusiastic attitude of the manager. Thank you Formula 1. I now know where to buy replacement tyres in the future.

I popped in 15 minutes before close of business and asked if they could take a look at my car underflap as it was loose. They reitted with a new scree no charge. Totally grateful and fabulously friendly. Thankyou team Lincoln F1 Triton road. Thursday 24th Sharon in Lincoln.

I highly recommend this garage. They have given me nothing but great customer service for my MOT and full service and for some further repairs I needed. Always friendly and do an excellent job.Adam the manager always goes the extra mile. Can't fault them.

My daughter took her Toyota Aygo to Formula one,Tritton Rd.,Lincoln,to have a new clutch fitted.I took her to collect it and paid the bill(£545.47).She felt that the clutch felt different,and put it down it being new.Yesterday,she took the car ther usual garage for its MOT,and was told that it had failed,being described as'dangerous to drive'due to the clutch being incorrectly fitted and the gearbox not being bolted back on.Shocking and potentially lethal service from Formula one! Be warned!

Having made an online booking in the morning, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my tyre replacement booking time as stated in the booking. The unit was busy but the manager and his staff were courteous and helped clarify a concern for the upcoming MOT without hesitation. They built my trust and I will certainly return for any future work.

Adam was super helpful, whilst the garage was clearly busy and short staffed he was communicative, clearly cares about customer service and managed to squeeze my job in around other stuff they were working on!

Rang up on Friday just before they closed to try and book my car in as my suspension spring had fallen off, the man was lovely on the phone and told me to come first thing in the morning. Arrived when they opened and my car was on the ramp within 10 minutes, picked up before dinner time. Rang up to ask if they’d check one of my tyre if it had a puncture if they had time and this was no problem at all! Great customer service, the two guys I spoke to were very friendly and polite, highly recommended!

Purchases a pair of tyres on line for fitting at the Lincoln Tritton Road branch, my appointment was for 13:00 with a 15 minute window for late arrival; I arrived 8 minutes early. The gentleman on reception was very courteous while booking me in and inviting me to wait in the customer lounge. Unfortunately that is where the pleasant experience ended; I sat waiting in the boiling hot lounge (radiator was on and hot) until 15:30, when my car was eventually placed on jacks and the wheels removed. 20 minutes later it was all over.
It’s such a shame that the system which books in tyre sales and fitting on line isn’t aware of how busy the chosen site is!

I had an MOT booked. I arrived only to be told the tester had not come in to work.
I understand that this can happen but no contact was made to allow me to make alternative arrangements.

I originally had an appointment for fitting tyres from Black Circle on Friday last week, however I was contacted and asked to reschedule for Tuesday 7th Feb. They couldn’t give me a specific time but they could fit me in during the morning. I arrived at 9.30 to find they had no record of me coming, and told me they were too busy all day to fit the tyres. I was asked to come back at 8.30am the following morning and they would fit them first thing. I made a special effort to ensure I was there for 8.30 only to be told by another operative that there were at least 5 other customers before me. (Quite how, I don’t know as they had just opened) He then said they may not be able to do it this morning. Well that was the last straw; I told him where he could stuff his tyres, and re arranged with Black Circle to have them fitted at another dealer.
I know I shall NEVER use Formula one autocentres again!

Bought 4 new performance tyres in April last year for a reasonable price for my V8 Mustang. Within weeks one tyre started to deflate. Booked in and it was the valve. Sorted in 1/2 hour, no charge. Over Xmas I noticed another tyre losing air. Booked in again. Sorted in 1/2 hour and again no charge. Can’t recommend them enough 👍👍
