Got my car in quickly, good attitude and customer care, carried out the job and I paid them. Told me to bring the car back if I wasn't happy with it. Would recommend.

The guys were really friendly and helpful. Thought I may need a new tyre, but after a thorough inspection was told it could be repaired, which they did for me straightaway. Honest, professional service - will definitely go there again to buy tyres when I do need them. Will go there for my MOT and servicing too ... just felt my car was in good hands. 😊

The people are really nice, they explained what needed to be done and the cost was moderate. Everything was done quickly...I went away happy. I will go back there.

Middle of a long drive to South Wales, got a nail in the tyre. Turned up with no notice given, and was sorted out within half an hour, excellent service and would highly recommend

I was fully aware that my car would probably fail its MOT but in such cases, its important to feel like you can really trust your garage as there are so many cowboys about.

The guys were prompt in getting back to me regarding the need for new tyres and a hand brake cable but when it became apparent I also needed a new caliper for the brake as well they worked extra hard ro make sure I still got my car back by the end of day 2.

Excellent communication throughout and impeccable service, fully recommend Formula One for MOT and service.

Was driving when my low tyre pressure light came on. Pulled into formula one and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. Checked my tyres within a few minutes not finding any issues. No charge!! Thanks for being so helpful and reassuring this lady!!

Update… area manager has agreed that this was poor service and will be issuing a refund. Having received an email saying that you don’t believe this to be a real experience, I find this an insult to injury! This is a genuine review and is have been contacted by Chris Higgins the regional manager.
I booked my car into long eaton formula one branch for a wheel balancing. The car had been shaking through the steering wheel which would suggest a front wheel issue. Sitting listening to the many tales of one employees dating history, my car was finally ready. A slightly buckled rear wheel they said but the balancing would put the right for now. Great! A few days later, the shaking had gotten worse. To the point a front seat passenger could feel the difference and might I add, a non driver too! I decided that taking it back to listen to more dating tales was not for me, so drove to my local Kwik fit! They called me through the the ramp and there was the biggest egg shaped lump on my front passenger tyre! Metal cord and god knows what bursting through. An accident waiting to happen! How anyone missed this I do not know. I looked at my receipt from your branch and it said that all 4 tyres were checked and safe! I’m not sure if stevie wonder was out the back on work experience but even he could have felt the bulge from this tyre!
I complained via email and requested the outcome to be issued back in writing via email. I am still awaiting a response to my email chasing you twice! Absolutely disgusting! You have had pictures. Turns out you’ve only balanced the rear wheels also. Even more shocking considering my car is front wheel drive and for safety purposes all 4 wheels should be balanced!
All done now but not and never will be by you again! I’ll assume I won’t be getting a refund either!

My daughter took her car in, on 09/03/23, due to wiper failure after switching them on with heavy snow on the screen. They told me it needed a new wiper linkage at a cost of £196, parts and labour, which I agreed to.

Then they told me the motor had also failed and will cost a further £75. after a week the new motor arrived and was the wrong one, the next option was for them to get a new motor direct from Nissan at a cost of £240, this I declined and arranged to collect the car (wipers still in bits). They assured me they had checked the electrics and all was in order.

I had to travel up from Birmingham to retrieve the car and parts, fitted a 2nd hand wiper motor myself only to find it still didn't work, then I checked the fuses finding a second fuse for the wipers, in the engine bay, had blown, I replaced the fuse and all is working perfectly, INCLUDING the original wiper motor.

When I reassembled the parts I fount the nuts that fix the wiper arms to the car missing and also the fittings for the cover along the bottom of the windscreen missing. I contacted them but they had lost the parts.

They completely failed to do the basics, to identify and check the correct fuses, and I have to question if the car really needed the linkage replacing.

I certainly won't be going back.

Had unexpected car issues and the team were very hlepful in getting my car in as soon as possible. Once the car was in, they noticed additional problems and were very transparent, explaining what the problems were, how and why they needed to fix things. They were extremely helpful in sourcing the most affordable parts for the job and went above and beyond to make sure my VW golf was sorted in the quickest time possible. I would highly recommend them for any work!!!

Paid in advance for two tyres and booked a slot to have them fitted. Couldn’t honour the early morning appointment when I arrived and could not fit until mid-afternoon which was useless to me. Poor communication so cancelled the order. On the plus side internet company swiftly refunded my money.

Booked & paid online to have both rear tyres on my car changed at the Long Eaton branch as a screw had pierced one & I like to change tyres in pairs.

Arrived in plenty of time and after a brief wait, the vehicle was in the workshop.
The chap changing my tyres informed me that the good tyre had plenty of tread and would be a waste of money renewing it.
Only the one tyre was changed and a refund was credited back to my card.

Only minor niggle was after checking the pressure in the new tyre with a gauge, it was 15lb over the recommended pressure for the car otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Apart from that, professional, friendly & efficient.

The worst garage in the world I’ve done my clutch and my flywheel and screw it’s messing I went back again to fix the problem he told me to wait 2 hours after that he side I can’t fix your car the refuse to fix avoid avoid ripped off

Booked In online for a gas refill on air con which by the way was very straight forwards and easy to complete..
Got to garage in Long Eaton Tamworth road… Told bloke behind the till I was here for the refill showed him online receipt, he scratched his beard and shook his head ..
No mate you’re not booked in here .. so again i showed him all the information I had .. Lol they do it all the time mate he said , they book ya in online and never tell us .. I’ve not got a gas technician in today.. all you can do is drive 10 miles into Nottingham they have one there ..
Well as you can imagine driving 7 miles to the garage already and being told this I was furious .. the bloke then began to tell me it was somehow my fault .. apparently I should of rang the garage directly.. booking online is obviously something that hasn’t reached long Eaton yet …. ITS THERE ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE
He would not give me a refund telling me it would have to be done online .
So this has cost me half a day of work A seven mile drive to the garage for this ..
There’s a saying BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE .. And that’s exactly what I’ve fallen for .. on way back home dropped into KAM garage. Bloke come out sorted it out for me in under 30 minutes.. yes it did cost me £7 more but boy was it worth it ..
All in all it’s probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had ..

I will never be using this shocking garage ever again and giving them one star ⭐️ is to much for this cowboy outfit

My car was booked in for front and rear pads to be replaced. I attended at 8am on the day to be told that the job could not be done as member of staff hade reported sick but they could do it in the afternoon. I was annoyed by this but did rebook for the afternoon. I arrived and left the keys with them but about an hour later received a call telling me they could not remove the brake pins and as a result they could not do the job. I have never had a garage that could not do a simple brake pad replacement. On returning home I telephoned customer services who told me that they would ask for the regional manger to call me. Of course that never happened. If I could give zero stars I would do. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Brilliant garage! I can't speak highly enough of them especially Steve.

I had a real problem with my Audio A4 no one could work out what was wrong, until Steve looked at it.

He went above and beyond for me, from taking the time to really investigate, to sourcing genuine parts and not rippong me off.

He worked around me, did the work as quick as he could, and even used his personal time to research what was causing my fault.

The car now runs like new! They completed my full service aswell, and again kept the costs as low as possible.

I highly recomend them to anyone and everyone, Steve is not just a fitter but a actual mechanic and a good one at that!
