Formula One Autocentres - Longwell Green レビュー 

I took my car to F1 Longwell Green for MOT this week.

F1 rang after a few hours to tell me the car had failed due to rear brakes and both rear shocks. I knew something was up as I only had the rear shocks done on the last MOT, 3000 miles ago and disks/pads still at 75%

I then took it to a recommended local garage Bridgeyate Motors for a second opinion, who passed the MOT with no advisories.

F1 is a complete scam. I am a 36 year old male, and I worry about how many much more vulnerable people they rip off.

Absolutely excellent service from Jordan and the guys at the longwell green (Bristol) garage today. They saved me last minute from a puncture in my tyre. Can not recommend them enough. Hopefully i won't have a repeat of a puncture BUT if I do I know I will be straight back . Thanks guys 😃👍😊 Jo Roberts

Absolutely excellent service today .My car failed its MOT with quite a few issues.
Martin and team worked above and beyond when fixing all of the issues and putting it through another MOT where of course it passed.

Visited the branch to get a tyre replaced due to puncture - original tyre only a month old so wanted the same tyre to replace it - All ok, 2 days to get from their supplier.

Rang and told me it was ready - great - Went and collected - Price was more than I expected, but just assumed prices had gone up.

Checked when I got home - price online £79.25 - Price I was charged £92.03 - so £13...not much but still.

Contacted Customer Services who replied quickly...

Additionally, in-store selection is limited to what is currently in the rack, which may differ from the wider range of options available through our digital wholesale network."

But obviously that wasnt the case as they had to order it in from the Warehouse....

So my advice, walk in, get a quote - then walk out when you need what you need and buy online - same tyres but cheaper !!

Imagine if Screwfix did that...cheaper prices online than over the counter....or Tesco....

Car booked in for FULL SERVICE and mot hsd a phone call re mot work that needed doing i was told it will fail if not done price agreed £1200 i then checked mot status with gov.uk and found some of this work were only advisories i believe i was a victim of up selling collected the car and spoke to manager explained my thoughts on this but was brow beaten by 2 staff members on getting home then found my locking wheel nut device missing called branch said they had it hope i dont need to use it before i waste my time and fuel money collecting it ip until this point did consider booking my van in for service But this certainly has made me change my mind they would not accept discount vouchers i down loaded

Just back from having 2 tyres fitted in Longwell green to my trusted old van, once again great service and price happy to go the extra mile with any questions, I’ll be back soon for the rear pair…

Do not use this company certainly not Longwell Green depot.Fitted tyres of different brands and tread patterns to my cars font axle tyre companies say is not allowed and strongly discouraged,their excuse was that's all they had,you would think a major tyre company could find a pair of identical tyres within their company.Phoned depot they said it was ok!!! Contacted Customer Care(Don't) and they were of no use or help and a total waste of time,sent photos of different tyres fitted and their response was if not happy with this take it up with The Motor Ombudsman!!What a copp out!!! So I have to go to a reputable tyre company and pay again to have this sorted out because of their incompetence and unwillingness to sort this out,just be aware this is not a company that cares about the customer so just be warned from my unsatisfactory experience with Formula One Autocentres especially Longwell Green.Will make sure I spread this bad experience around as much as I can on social media

What a refreshing experience, took my car to the depot at Longwell green for the guys to check the car over after an accident, they were honest and explained that the car was safe to drive that the damage was only cosmetic, no charge and honesty in this day and age that goes a really long way, thank you again Phil

Absolutely avoid they stole my new tyres and swapped them for cheap worn ones and refuse to take my complaint seriously. They need to be shut down

Sometimes we are quick to moan so right to balance it up when we get outstanding service. I can’t praise Martin on reception enough as on hearing the issue with my car, reorganised things and provided a resolution to my issue all within an hour. I can’t thank him enough as dug me out of a big hole. Will 100% use again.

I cant thank Ollie enough! Not only did he solve my problem job quickly, but gave me thorough information and suggestions to ease my anxiety.

Definitely recommend the Longwell Green branch! From booking in with Martin on the phone & going into the branch he was so helpful & friendly everything was explained to me so no hidden costs like some garages do!! The guys in the workshop were also really friendly nothing was too much trouble they go the extra mile making sure your car is fixed. I will definitely bring my car back here for MOTs & service based on my experience a huge thumbs up!!

Called in for a tracking and balance check .. car was drifting to the right! Were able to do the work immediately.. 20 minutes later.. spent in a comfortable waiting room ..job done. Very professional presentation of check results by Jordan. Happy to spend a very reasonable amount of money.

Originally went in to get the tyres checked. Was recommended a tyre brand and given a decent quote. Booked the car in, exactly on time and all tyres fitted and tracking sorted within the hour. The guy on reception was excellent on both occasions. Definitely use again

Visited the Longwell Green garage and cannot fault the service. Took in my car at 1pm, tyre sorted by 1.30pm. Great price, great service and friendly staff.

Popped into Longwell Green branch yesterday afternoon on the off chance I could get my old Freelander aircon cleaned and recharged. After a bit of banter the chap behind the desk said he could fit it in. Just under an hour later I had a call to say it was all done and ready to collect. Very happy indeed and all for £69. Thank you!

Superb, prompt and professional service as always at Longwell Green. Nothing is too much trouble and prices fair and reasonable. With guidance and agreement beforehand. Much appreciated.

Just had an mot done on my car at longwell green and it was very short notice but the man at reception was very helpful and polite and he got the job done professionally while I waited in one of the better waiting rooms I’ve seen. Thankfully my car passed as it isn’t that old but all staff there were very well mannered and the time he said it would take was pretty much bang on, I also got my daughter to go there to get her tyre sensors fitted, saved her over £200 pound on her previous quote. Great job guys will definitely suggest people to go there. Thanks

Regassed my air con and used the purifying cleaner... Interior of car smells really good and air con now working back at 100%...Fast efficient friendly service.
