Formula One Autocentres - Longwell Green レビュー 

As always, great service and care provided by the chaps at F1 Longwell Green today. What started as a tyre check, quickly turned into avoiding a potentially dangerous situation due to excess wear (which I hadn't spotted). While my car was due an MOT later this month, the guys managed to squeeze me in the same day and save the need for an extra trip (very much appreciated!). rushing attitude towards customers. not able to explain the fault, available options to fix the car unless you ask them and unable to completely explain the process redoing the MOT.
one of the staff kindly explained some of the next steps and took time to be patient with us first-time owners. Thank you for that man. otherwise, would definitely need to work on customer service and redirecting/ recommending people to the right place or person for other repairs that they cannot do and not just leave it to the customers who do not know a thing about car. Thank you.

Had full service and MOT at Longwell Green on 6th June and as always felt great satisfaction with the work carried out that day. I also appreciate the helpful advice given at various times over the past 6 years I have been a regular customer , which is always offered in a friendly and respectful way which means a lot to a lady in her 80*s and I will continue to be a customer in the future.

Changed front tyres and then charged £50 for tracking. When they did the tracking, they failed to tighten the tracking rod nut, leading to a rattle. When I got another garage to identify and rectify, I returned to F1 who told me the 30 day warranty doesn't count if you've driven the car during it. Complaint lodged.

Regarding the reply below, I did contact customer services and was told I would get a call back. I received that call the same day but explained that I was just going into a meeting. We arranged a time for a call back and it never came. If I haven't heard back tomorrow, I'll be in touch again, don't worry.

Excellent visit to my local branch ! - Martin and Miron were very helpful and sorted out a "fiddly" job at an amazingly fair price. I will definitely be returning back there in the future - thanks again guys ! - a delighted customer.

Marv, Merrick and the Formula One family have been looking after my cars for close to a decade now. Always fantastic service. Apart from the value for money I always get from this centre, it’s the time they take with me to explain any work required and the chance to see the work before it’s started, underway and when complete. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Having used the Longwell Green branch many times before, I was very disappointed in the attitude of the receptionist. Very rude when dropping my car off, making sure to tell me what a rubbish car my BMW X5 was. When I collected my car, I was told hundreds of pounds of work was required. I have since gone to another garage who have sorted all issues for very little money.
I will ever be returning to F1 Autocenters while that receptionist still works there. Horrendous customer service.

What a great place to take your car. Everyone is always friendly, and they give you the price up front. No hidden costs.

Booked in for rear brake shoe replacement as advised elsewhere.
After inspection the manager advised they were fine and that replacement was not needed. Thanks for the honesty you have gained a customer !!

As a lone female arrived for a booked in appointment, was meet by very rude, belittling staff, turned around and went elsewhere, disgusting service.

Avoid! Poor customer service and extortionate prices! Use a family run business, not a chain like this!
They squeezed me in for MOT last minute which I was very grateful for hence the 3 stars. It went down hill after they phoned me with the results. They told me the major failure was a big job and it was gonna cost just short of 600 quid. They also put the wrong description of one of the major faults on the test certificate and when I questioned it and asked for it to be changed they said there was nothing they could do, so I'll just have to except it. So for their incompetence my MOT history now shows a highlighted problem (major failure) that wasn't even a problem. Anyway I took the car away during the 10 day period and used a family run garage just around the corner because it was 300 quid less than they quoted. Absolute robbery! When I took the car back the guy on the counter seem annoyed that I had it done elsewhere and I couldn't believe how loose his tongue was towards me as a paying customer. I questioned the price and why it was so high to do the work for me and he said we'll they have probably fitted the wrong part. I had to laugh! Anyway I paid for a retest fee and it passed in the end so all good but these garages know what they're doing here. Squeezing as much money out of customers after a failed MOT when they don't have much other choice if they want to get their car passed! I am so glad I collected the car an shopped around. Will never use this garage again! 3 stars are generous!

Couldn’t recommend this garage enough! We’ve used them quite a few times now , always honest , very reasonable with price ! Squeezed my partners car in for repairs after failing MOT - didn’t have any space to book mine in for MOT at really short notice so they opened an hour early to get it done for me . So polite will continue to travel from Wiltshire to longwell green to use this garage !

Took off old tyres before realising didn't have new tyres in stock had to wait for them to be delivered when they were fitted inflated at incorrect pressure had to put this right myself.

Booked in, fitted me in last minute for an MOT. They went above and beyond coming in their own time (early) ensuring the car was MOT'd.

A massive thank you for fitting me in and sorting that.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I was desperate for an MOT and was let down by a Halford Autocentre across the road, who booked my car in and then claimed they couldn't fit my Tesla on their MOT ramp when I turned up.
Formula One were open on Sunday, were able to fit me in ASAP, didn't talk down to me because I've got an EV (wouldn't believe the drivel I've heard from some other garages), they even had the foresight to order in Tesla pads so they could jack the car properly without damaging the battery. They guys clearly know what they're doing, and treated me like a human being who needed some help. Well done guys. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough in everything they do. They check with you to ensure you know what needs doing. Reasonable prices. Booking online saved appropriately £70. Always professional and polite.
