Got me in really quick at the Newhaven Branch, very friendly and brilliant service, plus very happy with price, highly recommend.

It was time for my MOT and F1 were the cheapest I could find. So I booked it, then looked them up on TrustPilot. I always start with the 1 star reviews and was soon regretting my decision due to the number of those who claimed that F1 generate faults so they get the work to repair. My car failed on a perished wheel valve. As a longtime diy-er, 70 years on all my cars, I thought I knew it all and had checked this beforehand. But I was wrong. In my garage I got my glasses together and cleaned the area to reveal a split all the way round the base of the valve stem. The next day they fixed it and passed my vehicle. Total cost £62.00!! Including a full MOT. I shall be seeing them again next year. Thanks Newhaven F1Autos. And the waiting area was comfortable and warm.

I had a service and MOT on my Yaris 12 Aug 2025 at the Newhaven branch and could not be happier initially failed the MOT because the tires were the wrong way round. Tires were fitted elsewhere but the guy's at F1 turned them right way round to pass the test, Most appreciated.

Disappointing! After a debacle last August, where the lock nut was lost after fitting new tyres, and only found by a visiting area manager the following day, I was given a £20 voucher. Having tried to use the voucher today (it cannot be used online) I have been given a best price on the phone that is £70 more expensive than the online price! So, even with the voucher I would be £50 worse off. I will not use F1 again and have returned to a local competitor.

Order tyres on a Wednesday so I could visit on a Sunday morning to have changed . Was running late on the Sunday so called to say I’d still be there later that day only to be told no booking was on record and no tyres in stock . took booking by phone . Left me in lurch . Won’t use again or recommended .

Today I had four tyres replaced on my car. After ringing around for prices kieren said they would match any genuine quote and take off 10 percent. I rang Eastbourne tyres and got a quote of £80 a tyre for Laufren tyres..., I rang Keiran back and asked him for a price for 4 Laufren tyres middle range.... He came back with a price of £250 which I remarked was very cheap .. two days later I had the four tyres changes ,only to find out afterwards that they had fitted budget tyres instead. I am not happy as they are not the tyres that I had asked for a price on. I feel I have been misled on the phone and will not be going back.

Took my new (used) car for a check of its AC in readiness for the summer. I booked a check, clean and regas or so I thought! I booked online: Air Con clean £19, Air Con de-mist £59, Free Winter check, free.
When I picked the car up I was handed my keys and told “all done”. No paperwork, no explanation. I assumed that “all done “ meant all was ok.
My AC is not cold at all! When I complained I was told to take it back to the centre to have my AC checked! I explained that’s what I did in the first place! I don’t feel comfortable taking it back for them to have another go at what I asked for in the first place!

In all *5 star is just simply not high enough for this garage. They fixed my problem quickly, efficiently and with a great attention to detail. So so helpful! Had a squealing wheel phoned up they said I could bring my car in and sorted and phoned me within the hour! Problem fixed fantastic. In fact so impressed have booked my MOT there as well

Phillipa was very knowledgeable when I called, and I felt confident booking my car with Formula 1 for the first time. Kiri was amazing! He kept me updated throughout the day and ensured the issue was fixed without unnecessary costs. I won’t hesitate to use this garage again and have booked my car in for an MOT and service next month.

Amazing as always. Car had sudden unexpected oil leak and was undrivable.
Kiri, Philippa and the crew worked tirelessly to get the car back to me in full working condition.

We had a unique issue where the tyre needed changing but the wrong locking wheel bolt was in the car. The service we received was incredible, they all went above and beyond to help with the issue as it was urgent. We were given so many options, helped find what we needed, and were able to change the wheel very quickly. Such friendly and lovely staff and mechanics, who are very knowledgeable, kind and patient! My partner and I cannot thank them enough. Will absolutely recommend to other people!

Absolutely incredible service. The lady on the front desk is absolutely incredible and I honestly could not be more grateful for her help. Waiting to get a new tyre on my car and had questions which she was so helpful with. 10/10 service and friendliness at this tyre shop. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
