Absolutely incredible service. The lady on the front desk is absolutely incredible and I honestly could not be more grateful for her help. Waiting to get a new tyre on my car and had questions which she was so helpful with. 10/10 service and friendliness at this tyre shop. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the lady at the front desk all the way to the lovely fella that did the fitting of my two new tyres , on thier advice after a free alignment check I agreed to have this done also , I had noticed the car pulling slightly to the right & after the alignment it was perfect so very grateful & now my tyres will last a lot longer, they did not pressure sell this to me at all & the cost was extremely reasonable . Unfortunately one of my tyres did deflate over night , I took it back the next morning & it was due to a faulty valve which is no fault of their service whatsoever, just a dodge’y valve which they happily fixed immediately . Very relaxed service , friendly & professional. I will definitely be using them again for any future requirements.

I had an amazing experience today in formula one in newhaven. As a girls I get worried going into garages as I don’t know much about cars and could be charged anything, however, Philippa and Wayne took time to explain everything to me, what the issues were and even let me see for myself. My car had quite a big issue and they managed to get it in and fixed in a few hours. Amazing people, so friendly and kind. I will definitely be going back there for all my car issues in future. :)

After a service and MOT request, I had over a £1000 bill, which included windscreen wipers they didn't replace, a slow puncture on one of the tyres and a very over expensive head light bulb that has blown quickly, which Halfords replaced for £50.99, far less than the £140 that these jokers charged. Do not trust the Newhaven branch, they do not do the work they say or keep any promises. I used to trust them, I have been to them many times over a decade and experienced good service, but the the current manger is a joker and the general manger will back him. Give them both a wide birth and do not trust anything.

Service was great. Price great. Waiting time minimal.

Above and beyond service to rescue me from a puncture. Wayne and Phillipa were so very polite and helpful.

We arrived at the Newhaven centre with an ABS warning. Philippa and Hayley were amazing. Checked the car fully and gave us the peace of mind to continue our journey. Thank you for superb service.

I had both rear discs replaced at Newhaven Formula 1. When completed, the ABS light was on permanently, and they directed me to another garage I took it to another garage who identified that the reluctor rings had not been fitted. They redid the defective job and all is now OK. It cost me £250 to have the job redone.

Called 3pm on a Saturday in a panic as I had noticed a side bulge on my front passenger tyre. Car is vital for work and was now considered dangerous. Advised to bring the car straight in. Options were discussed and next steps agreed. New tyre was fitted within 30 minutes of my initial contact (on a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend). Costs were reasonable, service excellent and questions were answered clearly. I was made to feel like a really valued customer. I am very happy and will be booking my MOT and a full service in. Thank you for the wonderful experience and for saving me from a potential accident. I would recommend to all.

Asked for a quotation. Told someone would be with me 'in a minute'.
Waited for anyone to see me, but instead, they served others who came into the depot after me.
Seemed no urgency to see me, so decided to take my custom elsewhere.

Super helpful and reliable. They saw me the day I rang; finding out what was wrong with my car and mending it straight away, taking only a couple of hours.
