Great service, excellent staff.

ITEMS STOLEN FROM CAR - AVOID

Writing this only after nearly two weeks of correspondence following the incident, to give them time to remedy the issue which they have chosen not to.

Taken in for a service and the SD Card for my satnav was stolen.

On starting the car the first time after the SD card is removed it comes up with a warning - only the first time. The SD card was removed immediately before I picked it up otherwise the warning would not be present.

The manager said that as I couldn't prove that this factory standard item was present when it was dropped off (let's ignore the fact I used it to drive there) then it was my word against theirs, and they were not prepared to do anything beyond a "conversation" following getting a quote for a replacement. I didn't accuse them of stealing it.

I supplied them with the information requested, and the area manager has been in touch via email with some bizarre incorrect (verified by manufacturer ) information about the satnav, then said that I must be accusing them of theft and as such they don't give two s**ts and told me that they wouldn't be taking any action, following their own internal "investigations".

Filing with the local police - avoid at all costs.

I broke down recently just outside Telford on my way to down Gloucestershire on holiday from York. I had a flat tyre that that turned out to also be a cracked wheel. I got recovered into Formula one Autocentres as they had my tyre size in stock. Upon removing the wheel the cracks were discovered and John and the team bent over backwards to help me out and get me back on the road as quickly as possible so I could carry on with my holiday. They were able to get the wheel repaired and new tyre fitted by the next morning all while keeping the cost down! The service was great and I’m very grateful to John and the rest of the team!

We are absolutely shocked how this service is dealing with their loyal clients! Every year we are going to do MOT test just in this service. We were very happy with a team work and customer service and always recommended this service to our friends and family members but just until now! We booked MOT test at 9 am. We gave a car a few minutes before booked time. We were informed by the staff that they will take our car shortly, so we were happy to leave a car and go for a short walk around... They finished MOT test just after 3 hours and even after 3 hours they didin't call us to inform that MOT has been done! We thought that this is to long for MOT check and decided to go back and that view which we have found just shocked us - a car looked like from really serious accident! The bottom of the car was completely damaged and just left without any cover. We have to spend 20 min more at the reception and just after that, one of the team member came to see us. He was really rude and he didin't want to explain what was really happend. "This is how MOT suppose to do" he said, but sorry we saw very first time in our lifes so damaged car after MOT check. He didin't give any advices so we went to other car service where we found understanding and support... p.s. don't buy tyres in this sevice! We changed x4 tyres in this service last year but they are saying that we need to change x4 again this year! Poor quality of tyres

My daughter had her car booked In at this garage for a full service and mot. They started with the mot which they went on with and jammed one off the seat belts then failed it. Then they tried to upsale products and told a 23 year old women on her own that the car need nearly £800 pounds of work doing to it. Which they wanted her too take a payment plan out too pay for it. Then I got involved and told them not to do any other work to the car which they were very rude and nasty too a young women who felt intimidated by them. So we removed the car to another garage ware they fixed what they had broken and mot the car which it passed with flying colours ,and gave the car a total look over and said the bill that they wanted to charge my daughter was all a load off rubbish the car didn't need £800 of work it need absolutely nothing done. So please don't use this garage formula one as the will Rob you blind I will be reporting this to vosa so they can be looked into.

Ian was great, got my car to him at 9 in the morning and it needed a new driveshaft had it back by half 12, unreal service 👍

Excellent service from Ian and John at Formula One Telford. Sorted our issue with our brakes at short notice and we will return for sure.

Had a rear puncher and went to f1 auto centre telford and spoke to the manager John. He was more than happy to help and got us mobile and back on the road in just ten minutes. Great service and no bull sh#t if they can save you money they will. John the branch manager certainly has his head in the real world and looked after me very well. Would highly recommend to any one and Id definitely use them again. They also have the pay assist option witch is really handy at these hard times we are all facing. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to John and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to formula One. Very happy.

I booked my oil and filter change including specialist oil total cost £70.40 arrive at the garage to be told its going to cost £138.

I was shocked and ask how come to be told the oil price may vary and as you can see they nearly doubled their quotation.
I had no choice but to pay as it was over due on my new car.

I was told by the erea manager that its in the confirmation email and was rude. He said nothing he could do

It only states in the email contact the centre.it does not mention about price change
As far as I'm concerned I was expecting to pay 70.40

So think twice before taking car there

These guys helped me today with a flat tyre. Rang at 5.10 on a bank holiday Friday and they squeezed me in and had it fixed by 5.45. Superstars. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to John at the Haybridge Road branch in Telford. It was very nearly closing time when I turned up at the branch with a tyre that wasn't holding any pressure. John stayed late and not only found the puncture and mended it, but checked my other tyre pressures and cleared the warning on my dash as well. Fantastic service. Where to start…..only positive experiences here.
I have used here for my tyres for a couple of years now and never had a bad experience. As a stereotypical woman, I know nothing about cars or tyres. But whenever I am concerned I always call up and am told just bring it by we will have a look for you and they always do! More latterly they have squeezed my car in for a very last minute MOT in order to keep me on the road (my car is vital to my job) the manager went above and beyond and came in early to receive my car and stayed late for me to collect which caused minimal issues to my day. Cannot recommend or thank them enough. Would most definitely recommend to anyone!
