I normally rant and rave about peaches and cream but I’m absolutely vivid, I ordered the 40 piece brush set and there was only 34 brushes in the box. I’ve contacted customer service and as I can see on other reviews I don’t have much hope in these being sorted. £120 isn’t money people have to just throw at makeup brushes these days so I’m so disappointed that this has happened

Wet bronzers
I bought two bronzers from their TikTok shop, and they arrived in bad condition. The bronzers were covered in water droplets and the boxes were somehow dry but since I didn't know where they came from, I decided to return them both. Unfortunately my return request was ignored despite them being unused, they also refused to refund me and I have received zero explanation as to why the brozenzers arrived wet first place. It didn't make sense. I do not recommend this brand since I wasted my money on something that may not be safe to use and looks gross. I feel like I've been scammed.

We completely understand your concern regarding the condition of the bronzers when they arrived. As explained, what you noticed is actually a slight oil separation from the jojoba oil used in the formula. This can occasionally appear as small droplets, but it is completely safe and, once the product is used, it naturally blends back into the bronzer without affecting performance or quality.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I brought a bundle deal and only received a lip gloss!
Tbh I think this company just scams people out there money. People that work for this brand don’t help the situation. The branding looks cheap and the lip gloss I receive tbf I could got same from the pound shop but better. Actually disappointed in this brand and will not be using again.

If your order was placed via TikTok Shop, this type of issue can sometimes be related to their fulfilment or order handling process. In this case, we would recommend contacting TikTok directly through your order in the app, as they are best placed to investigate and resolve marketplace order concerns.
Excellent and Efficient Service
I had two eye pencils that were broken inside and messaged Peaches and Cream on Instagram. They advised I send an email and were incredibly efficient and not only did they send me two eye pencils, they sent me four. I was very impressed with the level of service. I also love their packaging.

SCAMMERS
I have ordered make up brushes and they were shipped to my country and was informed that the courier did not find my address and so they returned the item back to the UK, although all details were given correctly as requested (and confirmed by email). No one even contacted me to ask for extra details if required.
I have informed their customer service and they informed me that they will re-ship the items. Its been more than two weeks since I was informed about the re-shipment and nothing happened.
and I did not even get my money back.
I feel scammed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Also, you have been promising me since then to re-ship it, and I still did not receive anything from you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - we’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Your original order was shipped successfully to your country; however, it was returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete address being provided at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, in these cases the courier does not always contact the recipient for clarification and proceeds with a return.
Once this was brought to our attention, we arranged a re-shipment, which was sent on 12 January. As this is an international order, tracking updates can be delayed while the parcel is processed by local customs, which is outside of our control. We are currently awaiting the next tracking scan from your country’s customs authority.
Please rest assured that your order has not been cancelled or ignored, and no refund has been issued because the replacement shipment is already in transit. Our customer service team remains available and happy to assist until delivery is confirmed.
Unfortunately, due to an incorrect address being provided and no collection attempts being made, the parcel was returned to us again. We have now issued a full refund for the order, as confirmed to you by email.
We truly appreciate your patience and understand how delays can be disappointing - thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this.

Thank you to the customer care team at Peaches and Cream. An issue with the courier meant that my order was lost in transit. When I asked Peaches to look into this for me they couldn't have done so any more promptly. My duplicate order was sent next day with some free gifts included which was unexpected and gratefully received.
I'm excited to try some new products and some old faves too.

The best customer service experience.

Amazing
The service is amazing. The staff are incredible. There is no pressure to purchase anything in fact the sales assistant phoned Arnotts and got the bras put in hold for me because they didn't have the size in stock.

Great products-great experience
International ordering was super easy via website and I could easily pay with revolut.
Also, what stood out for me was how incredibly helpful the staff is. My order was processed by the local post office instead of fast delivery services as it usually does and I didn’t know. I told them my order never arrived and they immediately sent a new package! Which also arrived at the post office but I got the idea to check there personally and I managed to receive it.
They constantly checked in with me via emails to try to solve this misunderstanding.

Placed an order and was super excited…
Placed an order and was super excited to receive it. I had no confirmation or tracking information sent to me but the money was taken from my account. Contacted customer services who were asking for my order number and address numerous times. They eventually came back to say that the order had been delivered, which it has not. The order was very important to me as the products were for me to do my aunties make up for her son’s wedding but they didn’t acknowledge this or care. They refused so far to issue a refund so I can buy new products, or send a new order and said the investigations could take 28 days. Terrible customer service and would not recommend ordering from them. Money gone with no products, shocking.

Amazing Quality Brushes & Excellent Customer Service
I ordered lots of brushes because I’ve heard the quality of Peaches & Cream Brushes are supposed to be amazing. As expected, once they arrived very quickly, they were amazing and applied my makeup seamlessly. I had an issue with the angled concealer brushes I had ordered and once contacting customer service they resolved my issue promptly and sent out replacements. Would definitely recommend!
