Faces by akj what a Great clinic… lovely professional staff. Made me feel super at ease considering I’m a little frightened of needles . Simona was my practitioner she done such an amazing job on my under eyes . Can’t wait to come back for more treatments .

Today I visited Faces MK to get my migrated lips dissolved. I was extremely nervous before this treatment, however I was put at ease as soon as I was greeted by Simona. She took her time to listen to my desired look and checked I was feeling ok throughout my appointment. I have already booked in my next appointment with Simona! X

I was searching for a while to find the right practitioner after a bad experience & I went with senior practitioner Simona and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend her!!
She is gentle and very knowledgeable when getting advice on treatment. I honestly had the minimalist of pain and very impressed with the results. The tweakement I had done did wonders for any insecurities I had about enhancing my facial features.

I have been meaning to write a review for a while now❤️I absolutely love the London clinic!! The nurse caprice and the receptionist Daniel are just the best team ever and the friendliest people ❤️I would 100% recommend to come here❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Please be aware of the low standard of service I recently received. Despite having my lower jowels being injected by a “senior nurse practitioner” at Manchester my mouth was left paralysed. After severe complications she dissolved a small area of my chin / jowel area yet she continued to inject filler into my lips after this reaction. Besides a review appointment being provided 2 weeks later, I ended up at my doctors the next day and sent to A&E. I had severe pain, swelling, bruising and compression nerve damage. I was expected and paid the full amount despite the complications. No refund or medical after care was provided I had to go to the NHS. No photos have been provided of my appointment despite myself sending photos and videos begging for help the next day. Thank goodness for the NHS. To date I’ve not received a response to my complaint or photos of my consultation and the paralysis. I am left paralysed to my lower face, in pain and with severe bruising and swelling. A formal complaint has been submitted and I am seeking advice to pursue this. Honestly I look deformed.

Read reviews rating less stars- I wish I had. from trust pilot it looks like I’m the only one at all! I went to faces Manchester last October 2023, the overall experience was fine however I paid £800 for a package which included nose filler, cheeks, lips, smile lines and jaw filler. Lips looked lovely and nose had a slight slight difference. Everywhere else there is no difference in the slightest. Especially a few months on? I’ve had cheek filler elsewhere before and only had 0.5 ml and that made a huge difference that lasted. This time at faces I had 1ml in each side ! No difference at all. My jaw was injected and it doesn’t look like anything has changed. People have told me I shouldn’t of paid £800 to see no difference especially when I’ve had filler before, not had any changes in diet, drink plenty of water. I see a lot of posts on there Instagram and the before and afters show a huge difference, basically a different person. Unfortunately not the same result I had. Feel deflated because £800 is a lot to pay and to see only SLIGHT difference in nose, lips yes, everywhere else not at all. A lot of money. I have emailed, and they responded to ask me to come in, and when I emailed them back no response. I think other people have had same experience, should of read the reviews bottom to top.

Last year I was sucked in by your instagram posts which had amazing results. I then proceeded with the hip dips/buttock filler and spent around £6000. After the first treatment, the results disappeared after 2 weeks and when I contacted you, I was told that I need to build up the filler and i trusted in what I was told- plus this has been a deep insecurity of mine for years so i WANTED it to work. £6000 later and 4 treatments, the results yet again disappeared after 1 month. I have now got nerve damage around the area. I contacted you for a resolution and you essentially said that I am imagining things, despite the fact I got a second opinion from Dr Allen Rezai, who examined me and said that there is no filler in these areas. To add insult to injury you have so clearly edited my before and after pictures, which I can prove, as I took before and afters myself.
LADIES- I strongly advise AVOID going with this aesthetics company. There are so many other practitioners and companies that genuinely care about their clients and don't exploit them as cash cows.

Been coming to facesmk for years. Although I am needle phobic, I’m always made to feel very relaxed from the moment I walk through the door. The service is five star ⭐️ Thank you to all the girls at Milton Keynes for always looking after me and making me feel so comfortable. I would recommend to anyone thinking of having Botox & filler to come to facesmk especially if like me you’re nervous. They will look after you from start to finish. Even with your after care once you have left the clinic. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful place, beautiful ladies. Thanks for everything to everyone at faces Milton Keynes xxx

I had an amazing experience with Face by akj london. I did buttock and hip dip filler with them. İt has been only 1 week but I already am loving the results. Thanks again to the best clinic xx

I saw pics on insta and thought wow great results. So booked in. Took me 2.5 hours to get there and 2.5 hours back. My appointment was at 7 I wasn’t seen until 10pm. Paid over £700 for a package. They advertise great results with these packages. I went for 7ml for lips, jaw and cheeks. Results looked ok but was gone within a week. And my lips migrated. I contacted them to say I was very unhappy with results for over £700. They told me to pop in so they can have a look. I told them I’m not driving a 5 hour trip for them just to have a look. Nothing else was offered. Literally just to have a look. They showed my after photos saying my results are visible, not really listening to me about the fact there was nothing left in my jaw and cheeks. And I looked exactly the same as before. I went to a different clinic 2 months after and she couldn’t feel any filler left in my jaw and cheeks. I recently commented on their insta, it’s been removed and I’ve been blocked. AVOID!
