Price is very good. Delivery good, but the seat in the box was not the right seat. It should have been a captain's seat. Seat was replaced promptly so score 4.9 stars. Still waiting for the removed seat to be collected.

no problem with the scooter they delivered on time.

ordered a scooter for myself was delivered two days later fully charged and assembled by a very friendly delivery agent great scooter at a very good price drives like a dream so good my wife fell in love with it that i ordered another and was delivered next day excellent service thank you john

I bought a scooter for my Mum from here just before Christmas. I have to admit I was slightly concerned about some of the negative reviews on here but I didn't need to be. I had a few queries about the best one for my Mum so I gave them a ring and spoke to Lins who was incredibly helpful.

The price was way cheaper than anywhere else I looked, it was delivered the same week that I ordered and Mum loves it.

costumer service was excellent, next day delivery as promised. Am truly impressed with the professionalism and would very highly recommend to others. My grandad is chuffed with his christmas present, thank you

Went into the shop to get advice on some equipment for my elderly father, the owner of the shop was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

On the 2/10/2018 my mother brought a drive envoy 8m.p.h scooter from them. when it was delivered my brother (who has over 40 years working on cars and motorbikes) and I put the scooter together and my mum went out on her first trip and was back with-in 30 minutes as the battery light had already dropped down in the red . i spoke to someone i think her name was Lindsay Paine and she said it could be the batteries wasn`t connected properly , So my brother and i checked the connection and it was done up tight. when i spoke to them again they said that they would pick it up.
When we hadnt heard from them in 2 weeks in rang back and asked what was happening and they said it was the batteries that wasn`t done up right, i asked when they were going to re-deliver it they said once i paid £150 for delivering it, when i question this and ask for a print out about the batteries they said they had tested the bloke became rude and said as it was getting near Christmas they didnt have time and hung up on me. whenever i tried to contact them after it went to answer phone , I tried it on someone elses phone i got straight through and when the found out who i was they hung up. My mum is out over £1375 and still not got the scooter or any kind of refund 14 months later . please DO NOT buy from these people as you may get the same problems

i bought a scooter from this company and was told it would do 11 miles on one charge , it did no where near that and i was left stranded
i phoned to complain and the most abusive person i have come across talked to me as if i was stupid and did not understand how to charge a battery.
i wrote to them but did not receive a reply.
there customer services are a disgrace if i were you i would not use this company again

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a mobility scooter from Factory Outlet Scooters which operated well for 11 months. Then a battery failed. I wrote them, as required by their complaint terms, waited the requisite 14 days and heard nothing. I waited another two weeks, still nothing. I then called and was dealt with by a very aggressive person, once I told them what had happened. This attitude is very poor for any type of customer service. They refused to offer any kind of compensation, which I never mentioned, despite the scooter being warranted for 1 year. I pointed out that from the batteries manufacturer the warranty was 1 year. That did not matter I was loudly told they only warranty the batteries for 6 months. Any verbal effort to explain this peculiarity I made was loudly shouted down.

The price of the scooter was cost-effective, but any company which will not consider let alone discuss any product failings in a reasonable manner and time frame in my mind is to be avoided, and does not deserve my or your business. Caveat Emptor.

Fantastic service from Factory Outlet Scooters and the scooter has proved invaluable for my husband's independence.

Good helpful service, quick delivery, however no confirmation of order or delivery date.

Provided my scooter in good condition and pretty quickly but be wary of the escorted delivery service. If you need someone that will fully demonstrate the scooter, make basic comfort adjustments etc then this service will disappoint, it is more a deliver fully assembled service and not really worth the price tag

Thank you very much. I found the scooter I wanted online £300 pounds cheaper than anyone else. I spoke to a lovely lady called Lyndsey who took all my details. I ordered On a Wednesday and arranged for delivery on the following Wednesday. They even had to get the colour that I wanted from supplier as they didn’t have one in stock at the time. They contacted me to confirm the delivery would be on the Wednesday. The delivery driver phoned 20 mins before he arrived. He delivered right to my door. Approx 500 yards. Scooter arrived in a box on a wooden pallet. I unpacked the scooter and assembled myself. Very easy,and after a full charge I was ready to go.
From initial call to being up and running just one week and £300 saved. This has changed my life already. Excellent service and great product. Thanks to factory outlet scooters and Lyndsey.

Very helpful lady on the customer service phone she couldn't do enough for us and what she didn't know went off to find the answer, and then rang me back when she said she would, would definitely use them again if my need arose and would recommend them to anyone wanting a good value for money disability aid.
