Terrible. Ordered a scooter which was apparently damaged in the warehouse. Asked for a refund and still haven't got it three weeks later. Director has emailed to say he will wait for the credit card company to write to tem, then he will issue a refund. AVOID.

Costumer service is none existence,........ just hopeless....
I ordered and paid for my new scooter on 16/6/18 and it arrived today 31/9/18 with a little bit effort they could be the best
so its up to you.... if you want it ...NOW... Don't bother ....BUT.....if you want nice people and a cheep scooter at the end of it , Well F O S is the place to go Your choice

If you are looking for a new scooter Do NOT go to factory outlet i bought brand new scooter last year and its had faults they have taken it back to fix and ive had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get it back this time they say there was nothing wrong tried to rip me off with 2 new batteries wanted £300 when you can get them half the price and then charged me £50 before they would bring it back i paid this and still not got it ive rang and emailed but they just ignore they took it 4 weeks ago and i still havent got it back now i have to wait till the driver is in this area what have i paid £50 for customer service is nil I would NEVER use them again STAY CLEAR
