I wish I knew about this website and read the comments before I purchased from the fadify/fading culture. Im very pissed off now. I ordered mine 2/7/23 and like everyone else I received an email stating they were back ordered and they will send it out in 10 days. It's been over a month and no word. Can we all come together and file a law suit? PLZ, LET ME KNOW !!!

I should have read these reviews before buying. Ordered about 3 weeks ago, got initial email that order was received, have not heard from them again. I've emailed various times and have not gotten a response. At this point, I will be reaching out to my CC and asking for transaction to be refunded. This is such a scam. Also, the others reviews on here, are sketchy as hell. If you read some of the other reviews that they have written, are about the same companies. I guess these are made up accounts to make sure they can give fading culture a believable review. Read some of them if you are still iffy about buying. All the reviews that left 5 stars, read their other reviews and all have been created in February and all are for this company and a trading company and a book publishing company. This is a scam company and should be shut down.

Vor Wochen bestellt! Keine Wahre bekommen.Fake Shop. Auch wenn ich die Wahre noch bekommen sollte, rate ich jedem davon ab dort zu bestellen!

Habe die expresslieferung dazu gekauft und die Ware kam 3 Wochen später an. Habe immer wieder den Kundenservice ohne Erfolg geschrieben. Die Ware ist aber tatsächlich noch angekommen und garnicht mal schlecht das muss man ehrlicher Weise sagen. Ich habe eigentlich schon damit gerechnet rechtliche Wege einzugehen weil ich oft gelesen habe das es ein Betrug ist. Aber der einzige Betrug den ich jetzt feststellen konnte war bis jetzt die Lieferzeit. Allerdings hatte ich noch 2 neue Aufsätze dazu gekauft und diese waren nicht dabei das ist einfach nur abzocke. Also kaufen würde ich nie wieder da !

This company is just as stated below a SCAM... I placed my order and the company emailed me within 2 days telling me they were out of stock but more would be sent out within 7-15 days... a month later all communication stopped and no updates on item provided... disappointing

I ordered the Fadify 2.0 clippers on the 17th of February 2023. 3 days later I received an email message saying they are out of stock and will send it in 10 - 14 days. Today is the 9th of March and I still have not received these clippers. I have sent them numerous emails requesting a refund and have not received a response. Contacting PayPal now to try to cancel the transaction. I don’t recommend doing business with them. It is a scam.

Update: I contacted PayPal, filed a claim and they were able to refund my money. 24March2023

I ordered over a month ago through PayPal hopefully I'll get my money back they're not even responding to my emails anymore wish I would have read these reviews first but because PayPal was an option I didn't think of it

Typischer Fake Shop. Die versprochene Ware kommt natürlich nicht. Kurz nach der Bestellung habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen von einem angeblichen Mitarbeiter das auf mysteriöse Weise das Lager leer sei und mein neues bestellt. Das ist mittlerweile schon ein Monat her seither ist nichts passiert und der Trekking Link über Hermes ist unverändert.

Vorsicht bei so einer Haarschneidemaschine, dass ist ein Fake Shop keiner bekommt Ware sie betrügen die Menschen.

This company is a SCAM. Ordered the product Jan 17 and the product was expected within 3 days. Got an email stating they were out of stock and the product would be delivered in 7-10 business days. When that never occurred the communications between the company and I stopped. Spoke to my credit card company and got the transaction cancelled but highly recommend against purchasing from this company.

Got email saying out of stock would ship when in stock. Asked for refund stopped responding to my emails, phone number doesn’t work. Complete scam. Do not order from this company:

Scam company who will fist send you an email to delay shipping, then stop responding.

Most of the positive reviews here are suspicious, as their other reviews all point to other scam products, like fake trade exchange.

100% scam. I got an email saying that they are short on inventory and would notify me as soon as theyre back in stock.
Havent heard from them since. My emails are ignored and the phone number on their website is fake.

Complete scam. Chinese company based in Hong Kong. You’ll be immediately emailed “ran out of stock will ship in x days” but it will never ship. Can’t get a refund doesn’t respond to emails. Reported to the federal trade commission for shady business practices. DO NOT BUY.

!! Absolut schlecht, bis jetzt habe ich die ware nicht erhalten.

Selbst wenn ich die noch bekommen sollte , kann ich davor nur warnen, kauft nicht , lasst euch nicht auf sowas ein.

Lieber zum Friseur gehen oder am besten nur bei seriösen Unternehmen kaufen.

Ich habe dies an Paypal,TikTok und natürlich untervorbehalt an das ... weitergeleitet, man muss da vorsichtig sein.
Falls ich mein Geld zurück bekomme, ( das werde ich ) oder die ware kommt, werde ich trotzdem in Zukunft nie mehr bei Fadingcuture kaufen.

In Zukunft noch mehr schauen und viel besser am besten alles direkt melden.

I wish I could give it zero. I placed an order 1/13/23 and I keep getting the runaround of my delivery. They are telling me that because it was shipped that they can no longer offer a refund. Customer service is horrible and this company should be shut down

Total scam. Ran a fake ad on instagram and they have a fake website. After you made the payment they would tell you the products are out of stock and the average wait is 2-4 weeks. Reached out to them by calling the number on their website (307) 439-5533‬ and it’s a freaking Google internet phone, and it goes straight to voicemail. None of the emails were replied. Total scam. Report their website to FCC for online fraud.

They notified me the product wasn't in and to wait 7-10 days. After that period I have emailed 3 times with zero response. At this point I'm thinking I was scammed.

Do not buy from this company!

I ordered their clippers on January 30th, 2023. They took my money but then I received an email from maria.barbon @ fadingculture.com on February 4th, 2023 that said this:

"Dear Jason,

Hope you're doing well today! I just checked your order and I'm very sorry to inform you that the FADIFY™ 2.0 ran out of stock a few hours ago. There has been an extreme increase in orders lately and to be honest, we are having difficulty keeping up. Nevertheless, upon checking with our team, I was informed that new stock will arrive within 7-15 business days. When that happens your package will be shipped right away! I will keep monitoring the status of your order and let you know when your package leaves our warehouse.

I'm very sorry about the inconvenience, but please know I'm doing everything I can to make sure your package is being shipped ASAP! As a small apology here is a 20% discount code I created for you in case you like any of our other products:

In the meanwhile, there continued to be advertisements online that claimed they still had the clippers in stock. I took a screenshot of one of them. Well, it's now March 1st, 2023. It's been 29 days since they took my money and more than 15 business days have gone by since that February 4th email sent to me. I still have not received my clippers. I have filed a complaint with Paypal to be refunded for my money.
