I ordered a movie bundle that includes a poster and a collector coin I never got the email to put in my address to receive my poster and coin. I went through circles for 10 days just back and forth with the customer service. I still haven't gotten even the right email to get my stuff and am still fighting with customer service to get my stuff. I'm still receiving the same stupid email that just escalates my inquiry and get sent to the same person that can't help me unless I have the email Fandango never sent

We missed our movie time and they will…
We missed our movie time and they will not refund or even exchange our unused tickets. Beyond livid. This is not a practice that Cinemark enforces but since the tickets were purchased through fandango who did not disclose this information during the purchase any where I could legibly see, they are keeping my $38.00 and I get nothing in return.
WORST place to purchase tickets
WORST place to purchase tickets. Tickets cost $20 more than from the actual theatre. They are taking advantage of customers and if you try to return the tickets they charge a service fee of almost $9 dollars. They are a scam and need to be shut down.
My Fandango credit wasn't applied
IMy Fandango credit wasn't applied, so I was double charged on my credit card with part of the refund going into their Fandango credit account. I give them a zero. Their help is no help at all
Refused refund. Never redeemed ticket. 2 minutes after showing started
Asked for a refund 2 minutes after showtime. Ticket was never redeemed. Customer support refused any refund or credit. Never heard of. Movie theaters would just refund no questions. Uninstalled app and will just go through the specific theater website in future. This has been a constant issue with my other purchases in the past through fandango. Save the potential headache and Uninstall the app now.

Asked for help w/low audio on at home service. Chat told me to sign out/back in. Did so. Tried movie again, very low volume. Decided to sign out of computer and back in to see if fixed. Went back in and now it says my password is incorrect. Cap lock NOT on. Tried 3x. Same password I'd *just* used twice in the past hour. Clicked "reset password." No response for many minutes. Not in spam. Tried again. No response after 24 hours, not in spam. Responded to email 24 hours ago in which they asked me to send them a clip of the movie (don't know how to do that). I responded TO THAT email directly, which contained a reference #, detailing events above. No answer after 24 hours. Called them directly. No help. Was told password reset is not automated (???!!!) and requires a person to respond and it's a busy weekend. BS. I asked for refund on movies, just purchased yesterday, none watched (first 5 minutes of one movie viewed) since they won't even send me a password reset to get in. They said they cannot refund. Fandango sucks eggs out of birds. Just use someone else. No movie is worth this BS.
NEVER USE PROMO CODES
I used a promo code for a movie and bought an additional ticket for my family. I accidently got tickets for the wrong day. All I wanted to do was change the day to a later day. They told me "no" because I used a promo code. I can't even get my money back for the ticket I purchased. This is a warning to all, NEVER USE PROMO CODES.
The Worst
I paid for two tickets to see Sinners on Thursday, June 26th and was not able to make it due to an emergency. I tried cancelling around the showtime but it wouldn’t work. I contacted customer service after and explained the situation and instead of doing what a good company would do (give a credit at least) they completely dismissed me and said they couldn’t give a refund or credit. Not only that but the quickness with which the agent wrote an entire paragraph explaining that they couldn’t give the credit led me to believe that either the agent was just copying and pasting a script or I was actually talking to ai or a bot. Either way I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I will buy tickets from now from any other company than Fandango. Such a small thing that could have been rectified easily and instead they lost a customer for life.
Fandango engages in theft as a practice.
How are they still in business with so many terrible reviews. I am looking out for a class action to make things right for all of the complaints of theft. Because that is exactly what Fandango engages in daily.

I would give them a zero if I could. They are rude! I got tickets to a movie was the wrong theater. Went on the chat 5 minutes before start time, waited over 10 mins for a rep by the time I explained they said I was over the time. That the movie had started. I then explained this to a supervisor whom it was escalated to. She said I had to request the refund before the movie. I asked what time I entered the chat she said 4:11 but that was the time the agent entered. I then asked what time I entered she said 4:01pm the movie started at 4:05. She then said they need atleast a 10 min notice. I sent her a screen shot of the email which said refund up to the movie time. They still denied it WILL NEVER ISE THEM AGAIN! Lost customer for life
Terrible Service!
I only gave them one star because ZERO is not an option. I requested a simple Fandango fee refund due to an error on their website. I talked to two people, one of which was supposedly a supervisor who didn’t understand the concept of customer service. They could care less about handling a complaint. For a simple fee refund request that was denied they lost a customer for life. Brilliant!
My advice: don’t use Fandango. I know I NEVER will again!

Fandango does not give a full refund
I went on line this morning to purchase tickets to Elio to take my grandson to. There was an error and I couldn't continue. I didnt recieve an email to let me know I had completed the transaction. I went on again to purchase the tickets for today and realized I had 2 transactions. I called my visa company US BANK. They said there was nothing they could do but did see 2 exact transactions, i was told to call Fandango. I then called Fandango and they refused to give me a total refund even though they were exactly the same. They said they could not refund the service charge which was almost $7.00. I am very frustrated but I am spending too much time on this issue. I will never use Fandango again!!!!!!

On Saturday June 14th, we purchased three tickets for the 3:20 showing of “How to train your Dragon” at the Movie Tavern Exton, 110 Bartlett Ave, Exton Pa.
We were planning to surprise our 7-year-old grandson by taking him to the movies before he stayed overnight with us while his parents attended a neighbor’s wedding. It was his first time staying alone away from his parents. It was important we make it a good experience.
We picked him up and drove to the theater. We told him we were taking him to the movies as a surprise. He didn’t seem excited, which surprised us. He said he doesn’t really like movies. We were shocked and asked why. He said the last two times he went to a movie he had nightmares. At that point considering him staying overnight for the first time without his parents it would be better to not push the issue.
We got to the theater before showtime, and I went to the ticket counter right away to see if we could get a credit or refund. The woman at the counter was very understanding when I explained the situation. She tried to look up the tickets and had difficulty. I explained that I bought the tickets through Fandango that morning. She explained that I had to go to the Fandango web site for a refund.
My grandson and wife went across the street to Barnes & Noble. I drove across a parking lot to meet my wife and grandson. Once in the store, I signed on to the Fandango web site. As I started to process the request for a refund the message came up that it was past the start time. I looked at my watch and it was 3 minutes past the movie start time.
Tried to find a place to request a refund and there was none since it was past the show start time. how much money is the company making with this restricytive policy? Will not be using Fandango ever again.
Fandango cheated me on Father's Day
Fandango cheated me on Father's Day. Ordered their gift card promo. Paid $50. Never received the card and consequently missed our showing. Thanks for ruining Father's Day Fandango! Ill never forget. You'll never receive another dime from me and I'll be sure to tell everyone how terrible your company is including my credit card provider and the BBB.

LESS THAN ONE STAR, earned by Fandango as we took our little twin boys to Lilo Stitch movie, only to find another Mom treated us to tickets! After the movie, I had a moment is my car to notify Fandango and share, the $38 in tickets were a gift to us, and we needed to void the Fandango tickets as they were not scanned, and un used. FANDANGO said NO!! and kept our money - THIS IS FRAUD, pure and simple. Why should they be allowed to keep un used tickets that were never scanned in as used? FRAUDULENT COMPANY -$38 dollars to a Mom can buy food, gas, a future ticket credit may have been fair? BUT KEEPING OUR MONEY - is FRAUD - never using Fandango again. NEVER. Moms unite, BOYCOTT FANDANGO.
Hidden fees
Hidden fees, including a "donation" that you HAVE to pay, makes this a scam worth avoiding. Fandango is NOT trustworthy, either. You are better off just getting your ticket at the theater and letting Fandango just Go - away.
The customer service is worst
The customer service is worst. They are trying to loot money from customers by saying Fandango benefits.
The coupon code expired one day before as per customer service. What the heck is this? Are they trying to cheat ppl by giving wrong information.
Don't Stand by Technical Issues
They are responsible for streaming Live at The Met in HD at some cinemas and those cinemas have had issues with sound not matching video, blackouts, skipping, pixilating, etc. and they refuse to offer a refund or discounts. Don't use them unless you have no choice.
