This was my first time at a Mercedes branch, and my experience was fantastic due to the service provided by Suraj Sharma. Suraj has a polite and friendly manner and was happy to answer all of my questions. He booked my vehicle in and made the process stress free. There has been constant communication from Suraj via email and telephone, always keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. He even helped with questions that were outside of his remit. Absolutely amazing!!!

The service they provided me was amazing, I didn't have any issues with the staff, they were friendly and helpful. They did excellent work on my car and they are more professional in their job.

I have to be honest, from start to finish Suraj and Fastlane staff we excellent.
They kept me informed with regular updates collection and delivery, especially as the damage was caused by another driver.
I hope I don't need work done at Fastlane again as that means my car damaged, but if it was fastlane would be a definite.

I was directed to FastLane Guildford by AX claims management company as I insisted on using an Audi approved body shop for my no-fault claim. They did a brilliant job and looked after my car (even though it was the oldest one there!). Even gave me leftover paint so that I could touch up the stone chips on my bonent. Andrew Varns was professional and is a great customer facing brand ambassador for Fastlane. Hope I dont have to, but if I do need to I will defo insist of using Fastlane in the future.

I saw Sal at Mercedes Loughton today regarding a broken bumper.

He was extremely helpful and not only assisted me in patching up the bumper temporarily to allow me to get home..

He also made an appointment as a priority to come to the bodyshop to repair the damage.

Sal at Loughton has gone above and beyond for me since the day of my accident answer the phone on a Sunday evening as I was in a state of shock, he calmed me down and reassured me we would have everything sorted by Monday day end.
Process of getting me in my courtesy car from start to finish has been hassle free as well.
Communication throughout has been thorough and concise with helpful feedback from Sal via Phone call.

I brought my Tesla into Fastlane after an accident as I'd heard good things about them and I'd had bad experiences with garages in the past. I was really pleased with how quick and efficient the customer service was and the car came back immaculate. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone but Fastlane in the future.
