Disgraceful company. Quoted £40 on the phone and charged £260 because they ‘needed to use a drill’. I called them to request an invoice and they ended the call on me multiple times before answering to tell me to stop calling. I called 10 times in total and was answered twice. Scammers, would never use again.

Very polite, and professional, completed the job very quickly

Ricky was adaptable to what I was able to pay, and managed to just pick my lock after initially thinking that the lock was going to need to be changed, which would have cost significantly more. He was nice to deal with despite me being in a mood about being locked out.

Saved my life

Excellent service from start to finish. Fast response and very professional.

I had a fantastic experience with Evan. He was professional, friendly, and arrived promptly when needed. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently, demonstrating great skill and expertise throughout the job. His pricing was fair, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s reassuring to find a locksmith who is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Evan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled locksmith. Thank you for the outstanding service!U

Dan it is indeed a real life saver, managed got locked out with 8 yrs old kid he came quickly open it for us. A bit price but fair enough as job was 2am. Highly recommended!

Guy came so quickly and rescued us at 4am!! Guy was so helpful and friendly. He saved us! Good price and efficient.

Very kind. He made an impossible situation possible.

John was very professional did the job quickly. I left closed out of my house but in few minutes he came and help me!

We locked ourselves out of our room. They came promptly and the service they provided was amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

Had the best experience with Mike, I had been locked out my garage waiting g for ages, helped me out and gave the best deal. Came within 30 minutes and finished within in minutes.

Very reliable, honest, efficient and great service, would highly recommend!!!

Thanks Mike

Quick, fast, great service, thanks you very much.

He helped open the door very quickly in seconds decent price and lovely man

Absolutely terrible experience. We were initially quoted £89 over the phone, but once the locksmith arrived and opened the door (in 3 seconds with a piece of plastic), the price was suddenly increased to £150 and then again to £220. When we questioned the change and reminded him of the original quote, he shut the door on us, was incredibly rude and left. This was late at night, and he was willing to leave two young women locked out of their own home. The lack of professionalism, honesty and basic decency was shocking. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Absolutely appalling service. We were quoted £89 over the phone, but when the locksmith arrived and opened the door, the price suddenly jumped to £150, then £220. When we pointed out that he had originally said £89, he slammed the door shut back in our faces. This happened late at night, and he had no problem leaving two young girls locked out of their home. That kind of behaviour is not just unprofessional, it raises serious questions about his moral compass. Avoid at all costs.

John was great , fast service and helpful!
