Ricky, arrived within specified time. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and provided excellent service.
If you’re ever unfortunate (!!) enough to get locked out, I’d highly recommend their services.

John was brilliant and fixed it very fast! Good communication too.

Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Suggested a more expensive fix but when we discussed the options a more cost effective approach was reached

I had an excellent experience with Ivan the Locksmith man and couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided.

From the moment I contacted Ivan, he was professional, friendly, and extremely responsive. He arrived quickly and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and calm approach. It was clear right away that he knows his trade inside and out.

Ivan worked efficiently and carefully, explaining what he was doing and making sure everything was done perfectly. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he made sure the lock was working smoothly before leaving. What really stood out was his honesty and fair pricing no surprises, just reliable and trustworthy service.

It’s not easy finding someone you can truly rely on, but Ivan is definitely that person. If you ever need a locksmith who is skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his customers, Ivan is the best man to call.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house and needed help urgently. They responded really quickly and arrived sooner than I expected. The locksmith was friendly, calm, and very professional. He got me back inside in just a few minutes without causing any damage.
I recommend it 100%.

My elderly mother called them out to open a stuck lock on an interior door and was charged an extortionate £165 plus £75 for drill bits plus VAT. They then quoted another £195 to replace the lock; something I managed to do myself in 5 minutes, the replacement lock costing less than £25. These guys take advantage of the vulnerable. Stay clear of them.

Great service.

Ivan was excellent fast and great.

Highly recommend.

Took only 10 minutes

Thank god for Ricky. Outstanding service ! Would highly recommend.

Ricky was really fast , knowledgeable and efficient.

I had a good experience and they help us and mid night when the door is closed.

I recently had some work done in my house to fix a door lock, and I was very pleased with the service. The work was carried out professionally and completed within a reasonable amount of time. They were punctual, polite, and made sure the lock was fixed properly before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient work.

Ricky the locksmith was an absolute lifesaver when our door accidentally locked with our baby boy sleeping inside. He arrived quickly and handled the situation with incredible patience and care. Ricky worked quietly and calmly, making sure not to wake the baby while opening the door. His professionalism and kindness meant a lot to us. Truly grateful for his help—highly recommend Ricky to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith today. 🙏🔑👶

The locksmith was friendly and quick with his work.

Warning about Fast Locksmith London. It's the first result that comes up if you Google emergency locksmith.

Tennat broke the key in the lock. Called company Was told it would be £55 when the chap arrived he looked at it & Just said lock needed replacing without even trying to pick it out. told me it would be £175 to replace the lock and then AFTER he had drilled the lock out said that a new lock costs an additional £150. What a con, when I questioned this he totalled it up and then added vat.. when I said you are just adding more costs on he went crazy starting swearing and shouting and started taking the lock out. Felt like getting into it with him but I have just lost my Dad and not in a great place so somehow I just walked away and he said pay with Apple Pay. Due to the late time and being upset ended up getting conned out of £406. With no receipt offered or given the chance to ask for one.

He was a tall stocky Eastern Europe guy and absolutely took advantage of the situation felt really intimidated. But seems like he had done this before.

Please don't use them unless you want to get ripped off and threatened.
